Doorway Hamstring Stretch

There are many hamstring stretches, but I prescribe this one more than any other, for several reasons:
It's easier to maintain an aggressive stretch, easier to tell when your flexibility is improving, and can't hurt your back (like a toe-touch might).
My guidelines for my patients:
-4 minute hold, per leg
-Keep the stretch "barely tolerable" for the duration of the stretch
-Gradually try to straighten your leg up the wall.
-Perform daily, until 90 degrees feels easy on both sides
-Then "touch-up" for life, to keep your flexibility

@@johnbockmann5739 I know it doesn’t. Expect to hear his voice and see him. Not as an apparition, but just because our minds don’t want to believe they are gone from us for a while. I’m thankful you two will be together again. 🙏

Wow, so good to see you two brothers together in better times, though this video was just 5 months before your devastating diagnosis. My guess is John wasn’t aware of your symptoms because as a PA, he’d have definitely urged you to get checked out immediately. Glad I found this video because I don’t really watch your chiropractic videos. ♥️
