My completion percentage is always around 85%. This is mainly due to multi-apping. If I accept DD order and a nice paying GH order comes in, I’ll obviously reassign DD. Great to see the videos again!

Until DD gets rid of the $1 base when customer tips, their credibility is at ZERO. Stop messing around with other crap doordash and do as you promised Tony and change the pay model using customer tips!

I've just been working the one zone they have that's paying higher than $1 regularly, but they're dragging their feet as long as they can to save money. Change is coming, but not soon enough!!

Well can't say until it comes to andriod, i see it as a tactic to get more orders accepted and less declines. Plus having to do 100 deliveries within the month is unrealistic in some markets especially with crashes, and not being able to get on the app to work. I would perfer higher base and more incentives over this personally.

25 deliveries/week is LESS than 4/day. I don't care how slow ones market is, those #'s are VERY ACHIEVABLE!!!!!! Let's wait til they make that # 200 to get all pessimistic. I prefer being a realistic optimist myself. Makes life a lot more enjoyable, but aware of potential pitfalls surrounding us.

@@GigCoachJake yes its realistic for someone willing to work all day to get 25 orders in a year and half i have yet to get 25 orders in a day. Dashing all day 9 hr the most i get is 13- 15 orders i just believe they could come up with something better. Not hating dd is the main app i work these days,

Thats 3 orders a day. This is meant for people who are doing DD more often then not. If all the part time people got it would be defeating its purpose.

Here is what I like: 1) too many times I get an order is an area where the signal sucks and get paused because I “miss the delivery”. Now if it happens I can “end dash” and reschedule. 2) I accept Drive deliveries. But if I accept two during the same shift I won’t get orders until the last one is finished. Now I can schedule around my Drive orders without worrying I’ll lose my scheduled shift because another driver grabbed it.

ROCStar Dashers I agree with u , they send me to a place that they know is out of ping area and when I get back it’s to late already gone the hours and u have to finish the run Evan if it’s on ur time

You actually can not preschedule any future dashes for that month because you can Dash now anywhere...I’m a little confused because once September 1 schedule comes out I need to grab my usual block. On hold now with DashSupport about this... this piano is soooo irritating 😠

Another question evolved , there are vary few restaurants around heAr that are fast I already put a no fly zone on hooters here a place named Harry’s they dint give me the time of day no fly zone but they sure want me to go out in the boonies to deliver so I do have some smarts in some areas I lag in customers ratings now that I won’t get to see early schedule don’t thing I will be doing well as I served 1200 customers nice people

Drive deliveries are a joke in my area. Everytime I get the notification that there's some available, they're gone before I can even open the app. It's ridiculous. There's people who sit at the schedule screen all day waiting and then they blindly accept it without even looking at it or something. They're gone way too fast.

Maybe it's an error but I'm seeing offers like 2.89 for 8 plus miles here in DFW not ten minutes after having a 9.00 offer for 7 miles

I didn't get selected for this as I have ~100 deleveries. I did get selected for the catering program though.

If you sign up to Beta test, are you required to test whatever they come up with or can you choose?

People think the market is saturated now what do you think when they let anybody with a 4.7 and a 95% completion rate go on anytime ROTFL

Once again the DoorDash app screwed up last night. Thank god for Uber Eats. They saved my night. The DoorDash app is a piece of garbage. I can't stand having to schedule for DoorDash and they are constantly sending me orders that are 10-14 miles away (which I constantly decline). I did accept a few of them to see if the high pay would be worth it - it wasn't!!! There should be a setting that tells them to not bother wasting there time sending me these orders.

Works for them IF they can gain market share. As soon as their market levels or decreases DD will LOSE THEIR ARSE and drivers/potential drivers like crazy and implement acceptance min levels.

I'm only on 133 deliveries and it has popped up in 2023

Who pays maintenance and gas ...oh i do. So i dont accept trash

Hypermiling saves both. I probably tick off a lot of drivers crawling up steep hills. But who's driving style is going to maximize the life of their car and mileage from fuel, them or me?

I recently lost my job so I’m going full time on DD i have 286 lifetime Delivery & 4.70 costumer rating. 95 completion rate, the best way to keep your rating high is asking every costumer to rate you on the app, most of the time costumer skip it, the way i do it i say “ If your highly satisfied if you don’t mind giving me 5 star on the app” most of the costumer really cool about it, just try to deliver on time... good Luck dasher !!

Doordash's solution is simple - if they want drivers to think like full-time employees - give a $2, $3, $4 or $5 bonus for EVERY delivery if you drive over 40 hours per week.

great now it will be even more saturated with everyone being able to dash now. they should stick to money benefits... the dash now anytime helps nobody

This is iOS ONLY, and how many Dashers do you think this is?? Let me help ya out! Those who qualify, already qualified for EARLY ACCESS scheduling and have been taking up spots for quite sometime. Why not get your stats up and benefit from it, instead of complaining about it?? You have a choice and way to benefit, yet you would rather go on KZread videos and complain. How much good do you think that’s gonna do yourself?? ZERO!!!! Start making better choices to set yourself up for success.

Ok coach , hears the thing I here playing games with me here implementing staked orders they gave me 4 but hears the thing when they do this they don’t give me enough time to get the orders out I complet all my orders unless there really screwed up and I can tell u story’s about that ,but for now coach in order to send these all on time all the restaurants have to have it ready when I get there and this isn’t happening they don’t alter the time I always had a 4.57 and a 85% on time rating now it’s down to 4.53 and on time or early rate is 83% this is due to them being late and the customer gets pissed off when it comes ,late I always tell them when I am coming and what time I am out that’s when they take the food and slam the door in my face they tell me is the sandwich soggy ? A sandwich if it’s smothered in the beefs own juices yes it will be soggy other than that I put fall of them in the bag they gave me .u know it really makes me upset to see t he s ors go down just because they want to implement a stacked order . Hope u can give me some advice on this matter thanks 🙏

As Jake has always said, "work smarter not harder." If you have a set of restaurants that are always having issues. Don't accept orders from them. I won't pickup from Panda Express, as well as many others... Sounds like you're doing your best with communication with the customers. As for stacked orders, I look to see if they're going the same direction, from the same restaurant. Also, sometimes it makes better sense to delivery the first one and then go get the second one. Basically, don't wait 10/15 minutes for the second delivery. I hope this helps...

Greg Weisman hey in with uh on that and I told them this if it have to wait more than 15 minutes I am reassigning it but they ding me for this to how do I get around this ? I am just tired of getting a knife in my back both from the dd and the customers u all got some advice I am all ears as I said I just got the email today I dint qualify my customer ratings are low other than that I am good I always tell the customers when I know I will be on time to please rate me they say sure and never. Do only ones that do are the ones that I made upset wasn’t done by me eather I took the stacked orders or or the restaurant was to slow and when I get a secluded home they want me to use there key code to get in this is stupid why do I need to know there key code this is why they pay extra money for this and they want me to use there key code and the numbers on the homes are hard to find especially in the dark some don’t Evan have them on the home was right by the woman’s door step I didn’t Evan know this can u shed any light in this .i am not heAr to criticize but heard to learn as I am tired of them taking advantage of me

Key code? I'm not sure what you are talking about on that. It doesn't matter where you live, many houses don't have a clear number on them. You may want to get a car flashlight. I had one a life time ago delivering for Domino's Pizza. Also, there are pattern to the street numbers.

Greg Weisman I don’t go into the homes that have several apartment complexes the apartments all look alike I can see the numbers in the day time but not at night .what I am talking about the code key it’s a fence guarded only one way in and maybe 2 excite out they want me to go to the gate punch the key code in and find the apartment that they are in the with this is they don’t always give me this code key so I call them t hey don’t answered there phones half the time or get upset with me all this is me being late and me getting dinged for me being late to explain this better for u u ever see a building that has security as u can only go in using a key code it’s not in the home it’s the gate before they home all apartment complexes looks like one blue print and they ran with it all over the place .i now am hearing as some stupid guy saying the drivers eat the customers food so now everything is sealed that being said in places like Wendy’s I have to pour the coke for them as places like McDonald’s now seals them up we have to pour the comes? I don’t want to cause a Sean but I hey the employees have to go back and pour the Coke’s it’s there job they need to start doing this u know how I can get a whole of one of the doordash reps and I am not talking about the stupid the Philippines 🇵🇭 help desk I still cant believe they have people from the Philippines help USF and most don’t speak English or know what ur saying or want to Evan help u or just hang up on u I want to make right choices this is why I stumbled spin the Couch jake he seems to know the ins and outs and runs at least three apps at one time for me I run for apps I always get into trouble, if I am on door dash as there giving me several orders one right after another the Uber eats it sounds off every now and them the postmates if it sounds off it takes u to a far place and to. My knowledge I can’t see how fare until I except it sorry for the long ness of my typing in advance I can turn off postmates or Uber eats I just ca not turn off door dash as there giving me orders one by one my wife gets upset with me I take McDonald’s as I can go to the drive in and get this they pay only 3 dollars but it adds up in the end of the week there to in Uber eats they won’t let u see where it’s going and this is a big problem I like to know how to do this .i can’t stand chick o filament or chipotle they are way to crowded thank u

Donna Ann Generally not they get a 650 number like we do. They usually only have access to your number if you call them directly on A number listed in the notes. Always first use the standard contact method via text or voice before using the number in the the notes. This creates a trackable record though the app that you arrived and can’t reach. The direct number in the notes does not

There is way to many dashers out there it isn’t funny don’t have a 4.7 have a 4.5 so only the good dashers will make the money and the rest get trashed unreal
