Ashton's genuine excitement for Ben in the background was honestly one of the most wholesome things I've ever seen. I love this series, hope you are able to get the sponsorships for more in the future!

Ugh this is so satisfying. It is really inspiring to watch. I was a little afraid after an earlier vid kinda flopped, and the runners got frustrated, but this is great so far! I involuntarily lift my hands in triumph every time he makes a trick, ahaha! It's a great time. Thanks EZScape!

The "That just saves a few seconds" "rad" had so much energy behind, like, all he said was "rad" but you could almost hear the "glad I spent 20 minutes on it"

I have really enjoyed this video! It does 2 things really well: it shows anyone can speedrun and it shows slow versions of popular routes and skips. Please keep this an ongoing show!

Watching people struggle through these tricks does more to help me understand them than any explainer video I have seen.

I love how he taught her at the end, just goes to show how when properly motivated people want to spread around the knowledge, thus helping the community grow :)

Love this concept! 47:20 Rare footage of a man intuitively realizing how the hover part of GBS works, which a lot of beginners struggle with. From there he knows exactly what he has to do and what causes every failure scenario, and it's all down to execution. 51:57 That attempt would have worked if someone had told him you can't sidestep all the way through that wall. Once you get stuck, let go of L so Yoshi turns left and runs through. The first time he does get it, he just seems to do it by accident, so yeah coaching kinda let him down on that one (and on not teaching him the superior 1-Stu strat Keepo)

I don’t think people realize how much work this is for YOU as well! Not just the money spent; but rather the time and patience. You had to watch This entire stream, whilst being patient with him and walking him through every step, teaching him what to do without being physically there to show him. I mean he had videos but those can only help so much because they don’t show you what you’re doing wrong, etc. so props to you, I wouldn’t have the patience to teach someone for hours on end… and then pay them 😂 but I hope you got the views and comments and all that other good stuff to make it worth it 👌 Which is also probably why that Ashton girl did the tricks much quicker than her boyfriend. He was able to sit there in person and teach her. Rather than just sending messages. So he had a much easier time teaching her than you had teaching him lol

I would love too see banjo Kazooie one of my favorite games :') and would love to learn it

this would be really fun to do. i have done a "speedrun" of both minish cap and 16 star mario 64 while using a real runners video as a tutorial. i did the minish cap run in about 4 hours and the 16 star run in 2 hours. pretty fun, especially learning to BLJ the first time in 64, the BLJ for the 30 star door made the infinite stairs easy. it would be so fun to have a group to share the enthusiasm and help teach me. i dont even know what i would want to learn to run though. there is something that sounds so fun about some strangers decide that whatever i was playing at the moment would be the next game i would have to learn to speed run.

i forgot i learned a couple strats in sunshine too, the ground clip in the fruit stand or roof to get to the island with yoshi for the secret, and early pianta village. wish i knew about the watermelon level one, ill need to try that out.

The only skip I've personally done in Super Mario Sunshine was the Pianta Village skip, mostly because I had too much free time when I first played it lol. Usually when I stumble on something while playing casually its not useful at all lol.
