this is not banana peel but sweet caramelized sugary water. It would be better if you used the peel by putting in blender and using with the syrup

Can we use Sugar too?
How flavorful is it? Can you only use coconut sugar? What about regular white sugar? Must you refrigerate it? How long does it last? You didn't give enough information but it looks fabulous.

You can use dark brown sugar. The coconut sugar is expensive. You can use the peels to bake babana bread. (not the boiled ones.)

Why banam peal can we just make the syrup with all sugar and call it sugar syrup . This is super dumb
