The guy is an utter disgrace! I’m absolutely sure the staff would be much more accommodating if he showed a bit more respect! He walks into places like he owns the place. He's very calculated and knows what he's doing. Deliberately behaving like an imbecile to trigger the staff for him to get his clicks and likes! The manager was a very decent man. He also represented his company and brand in a favourable manner. The BMW dealer near me have managers and sales staff wearing casual clothes without a tie. This looks like a well run company.

@@AUDITTHEDEALER You don't need it but you should consider liability insurance to pull you out of the shit if you crash and damage property or injure someone. I know it's unlikely but if it happened it could bankrupt you. It's cheap too. I have it and also insure my drone for loss, flyaways etc. Costs me around £150 a year with £2M of liability cover.

Sadly, something published online showing the staff could make them feel uncomfortable. Would you want your wife's face & workplace being published online? The camera opeartor is harmless, but if it attracts the wrong kind of attention you never know who could see her and later start calling the workplace or even coming in to visit. That can make people feel uneasy and in extremely rare cases could be dangerous

I like the auditing videos but i think the manager done his job by respecting the rules his company have set out. He was also polite and respectful to you and has every right to ask you to leave private property. He did state you can film outside which is obviously your legal right. Fair bloke i say every credit to him acting the way he did good representative of the company. The lady at the desk didn’t approve of what you were doing, she could have refrained from interacting with you rather than biting back but were all human in the heat of the moment. She did walk away and get her superior rather quickly once she probably thought better of having a row which is the better thing to do taking into account she is front of house and likely doesn’t get put in these types of situations very often. You left without any issues so credit where its due to you aswell.

Probably get more returns than sales

For someone as the face of that building being the first person anyone would encounter, she’s creating a terrible reputation of the company

JLR uniform code supplies the white trainers as a relaxed approach. But they are changing it as many complaints about it looking scruffy.

Gave my eldest lad a lift to one of their dealerships when he was after an apprenticeship a few years ago. Son came out the door laughing his arse off as the Service Manager who interviewed him actually told him (in the interview) that he'd "never have time off as this junk is always going wrong". The "Karen" kicked off because you were filming her without her consent. All you are doing is baiting people and trying to argue it's OK because you are vaguely within legal boundaries. These kind of boundaries are not there to be pushed. How you think what you are doing is in any way acceptable is beyond me and I hope the CAA remove whatever privileges you think you have very soon.

I know that it is against your principles but you have done it before, you should have flown alongside the front window and filmed everything inside, as you are entitled to do with that drone.
