why do you lie and say your video isn’t for commercial use when you’re making money from posting it online? that’s no different to it being used to make money through advertising on TV and therefore needs consent from the people in it. why not tell them your real name so they can google your previous convictions?

That's between him and Ferrari. I don't think Ferrari are stupid enough to shut down a dealership that makes them money on a trivial matter like this. That would make Ferrari look stupid and if anything. The worst thing that will can happen is that Ferrari will take this video down as a copyright claim 😊.

Staff members have so much patience. You are just trying to get a reaction and could cause people trouble in their careers… not that you’re bothered by that.

Really for a policy like this the showroom door ought to be locked with entry by prior appointment only. This would remove the chance of awkward situations arising. Everyone at Ferrari in Exeter appeared very cordial. Nothing to cause any alarm. Thank you.

What has Ferrari got to lose by having this guy walking around filming their showroom? They can only benefit from it, as it’s free advertisement to be on KZread. Someone, potentially a customer, may see one of the sportscars on here, and then decide to visit a showroom to see it for themselves

Notice only half of the 'Ferrari' sign on the side of the Carrs dealership is illuminated. That's got to be a black mark for a franchise dealer to not promptly get this fixed.

Some of these comments are quite funny. I think the staff were very polite, but the minute I read comments like 'sonny jim', and blowing smoke up Ferrari as though you have to bow to them...its all a bit out if date cringey...I feel sorry for the staff, but Ferrari have to get with the times and accept that if their show rooms are publically accessible, all they can do is train their staff to ask people to leave. I do think DJ is out for a reaction, though...he almost said "I'll be outside if you want to provide more content", and then at the end regarding going to Audi. It's entertaining, though, so I'd be a hypocrite to say stop, lol

so although your Informed "Ferrari Will Take the Franchise OFF Us For Filming" you still publish the video online. not great I think that if you approached people correctly showing immediate respect and perhaps even change your attire .. elite showrooms are not the average car dealer, provide for particular clients, their privacy for obvious reasons needs to remain just that private. when dealer manager or business managers approach you should indeed be respectful even though they in context decline your request. you are using it to gather or make monies & im sure on that basis your a data handler when it comes to private properties and them adhering to their policies. quit arguing your point .. and move on instead of spitting your dummy out or throwing your rattle out of your pram.. this isn't just a statement or thoughts for just this videos of dealers but multiple..
