Maybe stick to making informative videos on the whole its good, but seems to me most of the time you are looking to confront staff and focus on the negatives at every opportunity. right or wrong its polite to ask any dealership to film.

Having worked in a dealership there are great staff and complete assholes. Mostly these are the latter. They’ll never be able to afford the cars they sell and are generally pi55ed off that the electric car sales are failing 😂

That's not a very nice thing to say about people working in a high-pressure environment just trying to make a living. If you worked in a dealership you should know the pressures people are under and be more understanding that the last thing you want is someone walking around with a camera trying to be clever.

In fairness, the sales manager (the bauld chap) is actually quite civil and respectful. Can you imagine how they treat a disgruntled customer if the staff moving cars about are hurling you abuse.

The Renault engines are only in a few models and base specs at that, the white A-class pictured certainly doesn't come with a Renault engine :) Most manufacturers share components, hope you never buy a Lambo, you going to get a real shock! Tesla & Aston Martin use multiple components from Mercedes also.

Oh dear what a fiasco at Mercedes-Benz of Exeter. After the visit to Taunton this seems to have gone even worse. Rich and Steve the "gruesome twosome" from general management got themselves into a real pickle over a simple piece of videography going on. Outside we have Steve charging out like a raging bull waving a camera 'phone making wild remarks. Rather than this behaviour a simple non-confrontational attitude from these managers would have been so much better. Never any need for such rudeness. Having the three pointed star over the dealership is supposed to be a sign of excellence this was anything but. Well deserved red X. Thank you.
