One of the first words that you learn in Spanish is "gracias" which can be translated as thank you. Even though this is one of the most used words in Spanish, there are more alternatives that are widely used. Sometimes saying gracias doesn't cover all the gratefulness that we have and that's why in this video we will show you some alternatives.

I just subscribed! I was having a battle in my brain about muchas o muchos gracias. Usualmente, I say "Gracias, gracias!" Which means, "thank you, thank you!" in English. That is how always how I say thank you in English. Its worked well for me in the past! I shop at a supermercado Mexicano y yo hablo español allí, y con la familia de me novio. Muchismás Gracias para este video!

You made the video! Mil gracias jajaja! If I can make another suggestion, in DF and GDL I would be riding with friendly taxi or Uber drivers but I wouldn’t know how to casually chat, joke or “small talk” with them, especially in the ‘Mexican way’. This could be perfect for your skits lol. Either way, thanks for making awesome videos!

Yes, small talk in the Mexican way. I just discovered this channel. Me gusta! Muy amable! Perhaps it's a cool idea, if it's not explored already, to explain in a video how verbal replies are often made funny. Instead of saying 'si' one says 'simon' or 'simon bolivar' or a whole sentence to say si. De todos modos: Thankius (or is that already outdated by now?) Hasta!

Muchísimas gracias! Ambas formas son correctas, aunque el uso de cuán es un poquito anticuado. Por otro lado, así como lo escribiste es correcto 👌🏼 “se lo agradezco a uds”
