Nissan announced they have purchased Renault's stake in the company and are now going to be strictly Nissan a Japanese auto company which is the smartest move they have made in some time. The Pathfinder CVT was removed in favor of a traditional automatic so I think Nissan is working on getting back to their old quality they once had. Now they need to dump the Nissan name and go back to Datsun and get the legendary quality they used to have back.

I am really surprised by your choice for Honda, the CR-V seems to be a really good vehicle. The main complaints are that it's not fast or exciting.

I got the 2023 Toyota Carolla SE Hybrid, mainly due to the fact I am a rideshare driver and work for a catering company. So, I am on the road often driving within the city. I would have opted for the Camry hybrid, but the payments were too high for me to make. The Prius was also more expensive. Same story there. I don't think anyone thinks of Corolla when they hear fun car. It's practical, very little issue. That's what Corolla buyers expect.

I have found that none of the people who rate automobiles, one says it is bad and another will rate it as a best buy. I just wish there is a place where we could get honest ratings to decide our purchases. I look and decide on my own, as I can't seem to get reliable information.

I agree with you about the corolla pricing now. Luckily, I was able to purchase a 2021 Corolla SE Hatch 6spd manual in November 2020 for $22,100 OTD with FL tax. It made sense back then.

Seems like all manufacturers are going the way of smaller engines+turbo. The problem's that turbos create a lot more internal pressure, wear and tear, plus you have to really care for it (i.e. maintenance).

The fact that your only “gripe” on the Corolla is that for “a few thousand” more you can get a Camry speaks volumes. The Corolla is a reliable low priced basic car. Sure when you move up from the base model and up again you’re touching Camry territory, but the fact is many people can’t afford or don’t want to spend those extra thousands. Good effort though and you’ve definitely listed some duds.

Honda has resolved the oil dilution issues on the latest 1.5T engine. Love your videos!

My friend purchased a 2023 Ford Bronco sport heritage edition and when we had the really cold days the coolant froze and the oil dipstick pushed out and shot oil everywhere. Not even 3000km.

The long wait list to buy a new Ford Bronco Sport (an undercover Ford Es-"Crap") is now a long wait list to schedule a repair service appointment.

I have a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid with 445,000 Miles. It's been one of the best cars I've had. 40mpg on a good day. I post it all the time on Facebook and Reddit

Many people like the Corolla for its economics and no need a sunroof is ok.

Sold a 2012 Soul recently at 95,000 miles. Was about to need some engine work and the suspension and steering bushings were needing replacement. But it was bought a a good price point and reliable up to that point. Our major complaint wasn't styling or lack of a sunroof - it was meant to be an inexpensive get-around vehicle. It was the mileage. Unexpectedly low, and the Feds spanked them in court for it. We received a debit card with about $600 as a result.

Biggest mistake of my cat buying life was buying a jeep renegade. I couldn’t get rid of that bag of trash fast enough. Good riddance of that piece of crap. Jeep should be ashamed of themselves for even making it.

The most grief I've ever experienced with any car is with a Ford. I will never own a Ford product, unless It's a Volvo until the day I die... Great driving experience but a nightmare to own, just to change an alternator you have jack up the engine almost 10 inches. It's like the engineers never taught about that thing breaks, like putting a rubber 3 inch connector from the crank to the already cursed alternator nightmare. Thanks for the video and you have a great sense of humor, you get tongue in cheek like few other KZreadrs out there. God bless you and lots of love from Norway...

The Renegade is made in Italy and I think it's a Fiat rather than a Jeep.

I'd go with worst Nissan being the Leaf because it is too far behind in the charging world. The worst Chevrolet is the Silverado because engine longevity is historically poor. Worst Toyota is Tundra because of poor build quality. Worst Ford? F150 Lightning? mainly because it's not going to do what you expect it to do.
