And even if someone was offended it didn't cross our minds to care!!
Mr. Warmth
Awesome and funny beyond believe…those were the days 😂
Fantastic.
"You're not a Lebanese, you're a hawk"....
❤❤❤I love Don Rickles very very much and miss him very very much 😂😂. He’s my favorite favorite comedian I’ll always remember him may he rest in peace in heaven I loved him with Johnny Carson and Jay Leno like I said I’ll miss him 😢😢

Yep, he got it as far as "celebrity" goes! That's why his peers loved him so! They all realized their "celebrity" status was fleeting, as did he. He was pure genius with his jokes and timing... 👍
Just shows how over sensitive we are today. Sense of humor and not taking ourselves so seriously matters.
That because you knew what you were in for when you went to see Don Rickles. And you were never upset about it
he destroyed this room and they loved him for it
They were hilarious 😂 😃
A Jew, a Mexican, an Italian, and a Born-Again Christian walk into a bar...they make fun of each other and laugh together because they respect their differences and are secure in themselves. I wish we were like that still.
Imagine Don Rickles and Robin Williams in the same room.
Them were the days, my friend
Recognizes God and thanks all he joked with at the end to show it was all in good humor and not to degrade.

I love this! !
Thank you!
We need to bring insults back.
I really needed a laugh 😅😅😅😅
Good times 😃
LOVE THIS KEEP IT UP BIILV
They don’t make them like that anymore. Loved what he said at the end. No one takes offense whenever he picked on a person. Comedy what it was meant to be.
😂😂😂ima friend ITS OVA 😭🤪
i picture don at school acting just like this and the other guys are his friend group
Great as ususl.
@18:17 Don Rickles deports Ricardo Montalban.
This was when people could laugh at themselves. What the hell has happened?!
❤😂😅
Damn he's funny and doesn't have 2 cuss 2 be funny
Keywords = "Don Rickles picking on everyone"!! xoxo
They were all Slate Bros denizens...the whole lot...they knew DR lol
I seen this years ago and searched for it. Any clue where and when this happened?
Scorsese should do something with all this.
👏👏👏🤣🤣🤣
Pat Boone is still touring and coming out with a new album.
One thing with about don was nobody safe around don he had no favorites 🤣
Brilliant, quick, funny humour and everybody took it in good faith but personally I thought he went too far calling that lady a dog.

If it was shot on film, in theory it could be re-scanned at 4k or higher. But I'm just glad it survives at all! And in color, no doubt. Hilarious roast and a window into a better time.

He mentioned LBJ so it was probably somewhere in the mid 60s
That's what comedy used to be
13:28 all you haters LISTEN TO THAT!!! If you don't "get it" still, you never will.
It almost seems like yesterday ,when comedy was funny ,and legends like Rickles were appreciated and enjoyed ..Now as we live in a woke politically correct cesspool fueled by a nightmare administration ,normal Americans pray for an escape..
If they today filled up a room with top entertainers, what would it look like?
