Ingredients:
For the Dough :
Flour/ Maida - 1.5 Cups/ 240g
Milk Powder - 1 Tbsp/ 7g
Instant Yeast - 3/4th Tsp/ 2.8g
Salt - 1/2 Tsp/ 3.5g
Sugar - 1 Tsp/ 5g
Olive Oil - 1 Tbsp/ 15g
Grated Garlic - 3 Cloves
Water - 1/2 cup + 3-4 Tbsps as required
Pizza Seasoning Mix :
Garlic Granules - 4 Tsps
Dried Basil - 2 Tsps
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Sugar - 1/2 Tsp
Black Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Flakes - 1 Tsp
Mixed Herbs - 1 Tsp
Garlic Butter :
Garlic - 3 Cloves
Garlic Butter or salted butter- 1/4th Cup
Pizza Seasoning Mix - 1/2 Tsp
Cheesy Dip :
Processed Cheese - 1/2 Cup
Milk Powder - 1 Tsp
Milk - 1/4th Cup
Salted Butter - 1 Tbsp
Red Chilli Flakes - 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Pwd - A Pinch
Process:
* For the Dough : to a mixing bowl, add in the flour, milk powder, instant yeast, salt, sugar & grated garlic - give it a mix
* Knead a soft yet pliable dough with the help of lukewarm water as required
* Once the dough is shaggy, transfer it to a clean, flat surface knead until smooth for 8-10 minutes, add in the olive oil & knead for 5 more minutes
* Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover it with a plastic wrap and allow to prove in a warm spot for at-least an hour/ until it doubles in size
* Meanwhile, to dry the basil leaves, arrange them on a microwave safe plate & heat them up in 30 second intervals until they dry up
* Once the leaves have dried up, allow them to cool down & crush them up with the help of your fingers
* To a mortar pestle/ spice grinder, add in the crushed basil leaves, red chilli flakes, mixed herbs, garlic granules, salt & pepper to taste along with some sugar - crush until they break down coarsely & are combined
* Store the pizza seasoning mix in an airtight jar & use it to spice up your favourite dishes
* For the Garlic Butter : heat up some garlic butter in a saucepan along with some finely chopped garlic & a pinch of the pizza seasoning mix - once the butter melts, take it off the heat & allow it to cool down completely
* For the Cheesy Dip : to a saucepan, add in the milk along with the milk powder & whisk until it’s lump-free
* Add in the processed cheese along with some red chilli flakes & a pinch of turmeric powder
* Whisk continuously until the cheese melts - add in some butter & whisk until combined
* Take the dip off the heat & transfer it to a serving bowl - your cheesy dip is ready!
* Once the dough has doubled in size, knock back the dough & transfer it to a clean, flat surface
* Knead it for about a minute, round it up & divide the dough into two equal parts
* Round up the dough balls & cover them with a plastic wrap - we’ll allow them to rest for another 10 mins
* Meanwhile, pre-heat the oven at 200 C
* After the second proof, take a dough ball & press it down - sprinkle some dry flour & roll it out gently - the flattened dough should neither be too thin or too thick
* For the Classic Garlic Bread : Apply some garlic butter on half of the rolled dough & sprinkle the pizza seasoning mix generously
* Fold the dough into half & pinch the edges to seal the dough - make slits on the dough using a knife
* For the Cheese Corn Garlic Bread : Apply some garlic butter on half of the rolled dough & add grated mozzarella cheese along with some boiled corn & pizza seasoning mix
* Fold the dough into half & pinch the edges to seal the dough
* Transfer both the breads to a baking tray lined with parchment paper, sprinkle semolina flour & pizza seasoning dusted on the parchment paper- make slits on the breads using a knife
* Apply some milk on the bread & sprinkle some more pizza seasoning - bake it in a pre-heated 200C oven for 15-18 mins/ until golden brown & crisp
* Once the bread is out of the oven, apply some garlic butter on top to finish
* Serve these garlic bread sticks hot alongside some cheesy dip & Enjoy 🥖🧄🧈

Hi! I haven't tried the air frier version but it should work- Same temperature for 15-20 minutes :)
