Our EXPERIENCE tells us that the earth is still and that the sun, moon and stars move above us. If we had never been indoctrinated from childhood, the idea that we live on a spinning ball hurtling through a vast empty space at mind boggling speeds would be utterly absurd. We accept it because that's what we were taught.

Perplexing Question: When I pour myself a cup of tea in the morning the surface of the water is level. When I dive into my swimming pool the surface of the water is level. When I take my boat to the lake the surface of the water is level. Regardless of the size of the container when water is contained the surface becomes a Horizontal-Level-Plane. I have been to the Andaman Sea, the Indian Ocean, The Mediterranean Sea, The Atlantic Ocean, The Caribbean Sea, The Pacific Ocean, The Great Lakes, everywhere I go the surface of the water is a Horizontal-Level-Plane. The question that continues to perplex me is, where does a Horizontal-Level-Plane exist on a sphere?

@@derekmartin20 I studied spherical trigonometry and found the "Earth Curve Calculator," and the "Earth Bulge Calculator” on Google. I walked to the end of Santa Monica Pier in Southern California, USA. The Pier is roughly halfway between Point Dume and Palo Verdes Peninsula (The two land masses enclosing Santa Monica Bay 25 miles apart). I entered the data in the Earth Bulge Calculator and found the bulge in the middle of the two land masses will be 104 feet (looking north to Point Dume I will see the land mass 104 feet lower than the center, and the same looking south to Palo Verdes Peninsula). To my naked eye I could not see the slightest bulge. So to be certain I brought, and set up a tripod and fastened a two foot carpenter's level with a six foot straight edge. I leveled the straight edge and sighted the horizon from Point Dume to Palo Verdes Peninsula. The entire 25 miles of water was perfectly level. Perplexing...to say the least.

Maybe you weren't aware that Copernicus didn't get his ideas of the heliocentric model from any form of scientific method, but from Hermes Trismegistus. It was Kepler who later added mathematical expression to it. Interestingly the heliocentric model is mathematically equivalent to Tycho Brahes geocentric cosmology as well. Not so fact based if either can be true depending on which coordinate system you decide to use. Your belief system isn't settled science, it's a faith based sytem that decided on placing the Greek pagan God Helios at the center of their coordinate system. If none of that bothers you in the slightest, you are not intellectual honest.

Math only exists in reality when the formula has been proven out as a law and you are using measurable constants and unknown variables you are solving for, that are then also measurable. When you are done working out the mathematical law of measurable quantity, you can then verify it with a system of measurement. You have convinced yourself that your belief system is real by trusting in pseudoscience and not measured scientific method. Your belief system exists only in your imagination and there is no proof of it.

You need to watch a video on Geocentricity and Cosmological Point of Reference. Despite the Heliocentric model being true, most cosmological observations needs to adhere first to a Geocentric assumption before moving their equations to fit a heliocentric model. It's a matter of perspective, and both are equally valid, just with specific assumptions

Where is "flat" or "dome" in the Bible? It was atheistic liberals who painted such a picture in the 1800's in order to make Scripture appear ignorant of reality. Likewise, they lied about what universities in the Medieval ages taught about the earth! If you look into the history of that, you'd find hundreds of years before Columbus, schools taught the earth was a sphere!

I find this speaker to be condescending and not very pesuasive. He relies not on scripture but rather on Godless men of history who are known sun-worshippers despite that Genesis is clear that the sun circles the earth and the sun is placed within the firmament not 93 million miles away. He wraps up by telling us what he believes in the motivation of Flat-Earthers, which displays, not only his lack of understanding, but his pervasive disdain for them - who he states are wrong without having provided a substantial, convincing, scripture-based argument. He's obviously full of himself and that's my opinion - the same as this whole video is just his opinion.

Pythagoras was a believer in the Emerald Tablets. In that he was a sun god worshipper. By having the earth and its inhabitants circle the sun, it is also another way of worshipping the sun. However if the earth is flat with the sun, moon, and stars set within the firmament circling the earth, then there is no doubt the earth is created. Whenever an object can be seen at a far distance and the curvature of the earth is calculated using the Pythagorean theorem, globe earthers never give a good reason why that object can still be seen. When it should be x number of feet below the curve.

Because it's an average. The earth is full of mountains, hills, and deep valleys. Anyone flying in airplane can observe it. Still doesn't make isaac newton's math wrong on orbiting the sun. Or capernicus, kepler, Galileo, using physics, geometry, and advanced math.. Read some of Newton's works.

Even NASA photographers say that the “blue marble” is photoshopped.

Correct. One such example is Nasa data artist Robert Simmon. His job is to take Data and turn it into an image. He is responsible for the 2002 earth image. He admits it was photo shopped. In an interview, he stated this; "It is photo shopped because it's, it has to be"

@@moogle_k Yes, he took a bunch of smaller photos and stitched them together to make a big single image. That doesn't make any part of it fake. Most satellites are far too close to the Earth to capture the whole thing, so this is what they do. It's what the camera on your phone does. Every picture taken with your phone is a composite image. Not fake. How about the Blue Marble from 1972? Photoshop was 15 years in the future. It was taken on a film camera. Also not fake. There are millions and millions of photos of the Earth from space and they are not fake. Every time you turn on the 6:30 news and see the weather report, you are seeing multiple images of the Earth taken from space. Weather satellites alone photograph the Earth tens of thousands of times per day. All fake? Who is spending all of that time to do this fakery? Contrary to what you see in an episode of CSI, making effective computer images takes a lot of time. A Marvel movie needs 3,000 people, 60 million dollars, and they take a year to make the effects, and even then it frequently ends up looking bad.

Watched 2mins in and the guy already said that the whole flat earth debate was settled 25 hundred years ago by Pythagoras and ancient Greeks, and then simultaneously admits that there isn’t any record for Pythagoras’ reasoning, but since he’s credited with the Pythagorean theorem, he’s smart, and within a hundred years some of the Greek thinkers were thinking round earth, so therefore flat earth debunked. Okay well the Greek thinkers were also into banging little boys as payment for their schooling and they also worshipped a pantheon of gods, half-man half-gods, titans who were the parent gods of the gods, and did sacrifices and rituals to them. Things that most Christians today would theologically and morally object to. Pythagoras is known for a Pythagorean religious order that believed in reincarnation. Also not much is known that separates reality from mythology about Pythagoras. Plato, another major Greek thinker, is known for kind of wanting to a setup a city-state where an enlightened ruling class at the top of a caste system would use systems of a knowledge hierarchy to only those worthy of illumination with a hierarchy of worth, state controlled eugenics to cull the human herds if need be and control breeding, working towards a more singular purpose, to work them towards a type of apotheosis for the ruling class elites who are the only ones deserving of rule. So the Greek thinkers thought that, so therefore any objections to any of that is debunked. It’s like come on man, this is what you lead with?

Yes to use Pythagoras as your lead in ‘expert’ for Biblical teaching is crazy. He was captured as a prisoner in Babylon for many years. However, He was able to become a member of the Kabbalah and learnt the black magic techniques and voila he returns to Europe with famous theorem and also becomes a leading freemason. It likely started to spin on day 1; otherwise, how would there be an evening and a morning? The fact there was no sun yet is irrelevant. Just as there will be in the new heaven and new earth with God providing the source of light, so it was at the beginning with God's glory providing the light. The evening and the morning indicate the earth spun but the source of light didn't.

Study the bible in the original language - Old Testament in ancient hebrew. websites like biblehub have that. The bible talks about 'Aretz' who is Mars(Ares in greek). The pagan so called "translations" obfuscate that. Job 38:12-14 talks about the defeat of the red star of the morning, and the evil that was cleansed of it.

The fall of adam is repeated in Ezekiel 28 where 'tzor'(tyre) is the "seal of perfection" cast to the ground, for wickedness was found in him. Any pilot or person flying in an airplane will tell you the curvature of the earth on the horizon is very definite. God says He puts our sin as far as the east is from the west, meaning infinity. If the earth is flat, there would be no difference between north and south as compared to east and west. This question is easily answered by any pilot that flies across the oceans.

Joshua 10:13 I believe that God is Almighty. Earth's shape doesn't stop him on any way from doing what ever He wants or needs to do. So why wouldn't God be able to stop the sun if He wanted to? Do you think, earth's shape limits God's omnipotence?

Watched 4:30 in, and he’s saying flat earth debunked because the stars in the galaxy spin around the star Polaris, and he says he can measure the angle to Polaris from places you are allowed to go in the north and south on the earth, and therefore globe from the change in angles. Plus the star does not SEEK, it just happens to be closest (but not quite directly over) the north pole. "would not have a shred of consistency to even have a north seeking Polaris and Big Dipper constellations." That is correct. In a few million years the constellations will have changed.

The fact that the earth is flat in earthly experience is true. From anyone drawn through earth is a flat straight line. But the fact that took discovery, regardless of simple beliefs and experiences without added instrumentation and ASTRO physical realities. The earth is a globe. Don't just read one verse read the whole thing. The waters are moving down the mountains to the valleys below. If the earth was flat. Why would it need to do that? How come we have 24 hours a day and it is dark part of those hours in the day and light part of those hours. If the sun was moving around the earth at that distance you don't think it would hit one of those planets. When God inspired those who wrote the Bible he was talking to them on our understanding the area he was at on that part where he was standing.

That cannot happen naturally on a flat earth either, genius. What's the maximum distance you can see in a straight line? From the top of Pikes Peak, you can see roughly 30 miles. If Jesus returned at the center of the flat earth model, ie the Arctic, 99.99999% of the earth's population could not see him through natural means as they'd still be too far away. Clearly the text then is referring to either a spiritual event or speaking symbolically through the use of modern technology like televisions. Either way, that verse is not a defense of flat or round earth.

I always say, why not have a camera up there to see buildings hanging off the earth, or people walking upside down? I would watch that and sobwoukd many others but all we can get is a "live" stream from the "ISS" looking at the ground and never do we see anything and wonder why is everything just water and land, where's the people? NASA is an acronym for National Aeronautics and Space Administration. It is the successor to NACA, the US's WW1-era airplane research division. By the way, it does NOT mean "to deceive". Nasa in Hebrew means "to lift up". The real deceivers are deceiving you about deception. By the way, the "tongue" is actually an interesting object. @All About Britain Makes the math simpler? Is the math really such a struggle that we need to pretend the Earth is stationary just so we can figure it out? And would you really suggest that we're able to successfully aerially navigate the reality of an Earth rotating faster than a bullet leaves a gun while we can't figure out how to calculate how/why it's working? I can't imagine NASA's engineers admitting that. They are planning missions based on the rotation of the Earth and its relative location to other moving celestial bodies, aren't they? You're saying they're doing so without being able to calculate it mathematically? ... Is it not odd to you that the math, when assuming a flat, stationary plane, works? That assuming such a thing translates to correct results in reality? I have a close friend who is a civil engineer and I know that he'd say if/when you assume something that is known to be not true it pretty much guarantees a failed result, unless you're wrong in your assumption of what you 'know'. I'd encourage googling a little deeper than the first page of results, especially now that such results are edited for your safety. Happy searching!

​@All About Britain Okay, so it's not that the math is too difficult (and needs to be made easier), it's just that by 'very small difference' you mean the impact on practical application is effectively zero, yes? So when a commercial airliner is flying at 550mph, over the course of that hour they don't need to tip the nose in order maintain consistent altitude because the curvature spanning that 550 miles is so insignificant that it is effectively identical to there being no curvature? And I assume you'd say the same about the rotation of the Earth? So, when a plane is landing on a north/south runway at the equator, and the Earth is rotating roughly 1000mph side to side, the plane doesn't need to account for that movement because it is so effectually insignificant on the plane's relative position to the Earth? Or if a helicopter hovers above the ground, it can do so for hour upon hour without having to adjust for the Earth moving beneath it because the movement over a couple hours is effectively identical to it not moving at all? How long would the helicopter have to hover before it had to make an adjustment, do you think? 12 hours?

​@All About Britain I can appreciate that assessment. But truth is not the exclusive domain of the initiated. I did not study business, and yet I achieved great success in business through means that were declared foolish by practices taught in business school (I'm an audio engineer by training, which is a subset of physics). The proof is always in the pudding of reality, and the questions I've posed are simple and directly tied to observable reality. The moment complex understandings of physics are no longer reconcilable with simple observations of reality, the self-proclaimed 'wise' have become foolish, whether they laugh at that deemed 'simple' or not. (Romans 1:22, 1 Cor. 3:18-19) Because we're both here in this thread, I assume we both recognize Scripture as our foundation of Truth. To my conviction, Scripture lays bare the tensions we're discussing here, revealing plainly that the Earth does not move but rather the Sun moves around above the face of the Earth, and from what I can tell, true, honest scientific method reveals the assertions of scientism to be folly and Scriptural assertions to be true (trigonometry also shows the Sun and Moon to be close). All aeronautical engineering assumes a flat, stationary plane, and those assumptions translate to success in reality, whether we're talking about simple examples of flight or the most advanced. The assumption is proven wise, and any other assumption will be proven very unwise indeed. I also do not have a doctorate like Dr. Faulkner, but he is appealing to the wisdom of Man above the Wisdom presented in Scripture, even while claiming to find his answers in Genesis. And I for one will call such a thing foolishness even if I am deemed a fool by the holder of a doctorate. The Truth will out, and we appear to live in a time when it is doing so. I've appreciated this civil exchange, brother!

You blew it on you Chicago explanation.. Two engineers, recreated this situation, with video equipment, a boat rental, and traveled across Lake Michigan. At no point in the trip, did the image change. Did you rent a boat, and do this experiment, too? You didn't mention it, or show it in your presentation..

His temperature inversion is just hocus pocus. Something made up to try to explain away something that you are not supposed to see. Try putting a barn behind a house, it doesn't matter how close or how far. I bet, no matter what kind of temperature inversion you have you will not be able to see that barn.

@@saltyone8065 barn is different from this. Water level matches with the curvature of the earth so the effect happens. Barn doesn't match curvature of the earth. I am from Southern most part of India. We have a statue monted on a rock in kannyakumari. By your assumption we should be able to see all the harbours in the coast from there but you can't.

@Fred the 47th You're regurgitating what you were taught, and not what the evidence shows. There is infrared photography at hundreds of miles, showing no curvature. There is also low altitude missile detection at well over a hundred miles. Lasers don't bend.

@Fred the 47th this all powerful gravity that holds the oceans and lakes and everything else to the spinning ball that defies centrifugal force but yet it can’t hold down a butterfly or even the smoke from a fire so how does it work?

One thing that doesn’t add up is that when the ship is the furthest still seems to be standing upright, wouldn’t the containers and bridge capsule disappear and all you see is the rear end? It doesn’t make any sense does it? Can someone explain that?

The difference in angle between the front and the back of a ship is going to be about 1/100th of 1 millimeter. How would you be seeing that?

Magellan did not prove the world wasn’t flat by sailing West. On a flat earth model if you sell west and you keep South on your left and North on your right you just go in a flat circle. North is in the center and south is the outer edge. You have to sail straight south to fall off the edge of the map. Sailing straight east or west you would never “fall off“ a flat earth.

Earth was known to be a sphere a couple thousand years before Magellen was born. Also, compasses wouldn't work on flat Earth, because flat Earth doesn't have a south. All compasses point to north and south, but south doesn't exist on a disc.

Heliocentrism didn't come about until the 1500s when Copernicus finally implemented the sun worshiping occult Babylonian magi Hermes Trismegistus writings into the beginnings of a model. It wasn't until Years later that Kepler applied Tycho Brahe geocentric mathematical elliptical orbits to Copernicuses Model but swapped out the Erath for the sun. Compasses in the southern hemisphere still point to the Earth's magnetic north pole.

Aka geocentrism. Because of the observations we have known since year (circa) 1500 that earth revolves around sun. Heliocentrism. Flat earth is who another things, which none on its followers has zero proof that he/ she trusts. So, game over.

I tried giving him the benefit of the doubt so I just finished this seminar. Some scripture is mentioned yet NONE of it was used to prove a spinning ball. He spoke of a rotating round earth, yet everything used to try to debunk a flat earth, came from sources outside the Bible? Why can't "Answers in Genesis " prove a circular rotating earth using the Bible? He talked about "flat earthers" reading their opinion into the texts, yet that is EXACTLY what he was doing! What ever happened to reading scripture for truth?

Bible is a flat earth book. Late Rob skiba had great coverage of flat biblical earth from scriptures.

One thing that I have noticed in my lifetime... that is go to any stream, creek, river or any moving body of water observe the surface and eventually you will see a dead fish and it will become very clear that a dead fish always goes with the flow.

Bro the last time I went on a plane from IL to CA the world definitely looked flat as a pancake! The earth is surrounded by ice walls which doesn’t allow the water of the ocean to fall of the earth. And what about the firmament? He didn’t explain more about the firmament… in my opinion the earth looks like a snow globe. The earth is flat like a pancake. Check out the longest bridge ever made is called “Danyang-Kunshan Grand Bridge” and its on the water… it’s about 104 miles long on the water!!!!! also how do u explain trains? Train tracks are long and it’s flat!!! Train tracks alone proved the earth is flat!!!

How do we have a half moon mid day when the sun is on the same side of the moon of the earth. The earth can’t be cutting off the moon by half if the sun is on the same side because I see the whole sun and half of the moon in the same sky

Phases of the moon are not caused by the Earth. The blacked out part of the moon is the moon casting a shadow on itself. Just like night is the Earth casting a shadow on itself.

I came across FE in 2016. I'm aware how atmospheric refraction works. I know how perspective and vanishing points work. I want to be convinced of a globe. I love Science Fiction(especially Star Trek)and watching Space X and NASA flights. The problem I have, is that, there is no curvature anywhere. At any altitude. The only two possibilities are a Earth the size of Jupiter. Or it is entirely flat.

Curvature is everywhere, and everybody has seen it. Have you been to the ocean? See the horizon? That's the curve of the Earth. If the Earth was flat, the horizon would not exist. No horizon at all. Everything would just fade off into a brownish smudge as individual objects got too far away for our eyes to resolve. The horizon is the Earth curving "down" and out of your eye line.

Not sure what you mean by the cone of the sun argument but I can speak as one who has lived in and by the Arctic Circle . In the summer when the sun is north of the equator the sun will not go down below the horizon for weeks .You can see it circle round you as described in Psalm 19 . But in the winter when the sun is south of the equator ( and Australia is having it's summer ) the sun will not pop it's head up above the horizon for weeks . There is no end of video showing the sun do a 360 in the North but less than a handful of dubious ones showing the same in the Southern hemisphere . Scripture clearly says that the sun ,moon and stars circuit above us round the North over a stationary earth under a dome ( which is keeping back the waters above ) . Scripture does not say we are spiraling through an Abyss but that earth sits over it .

@@grahamscosier9691 the trouble with this presentation is that Faulkner says a number of things that just aren't true. The Greeks clearly believed in a flat disk earth. The Pythagoreans may have theorized a globe earth but in the main the Greeks were flat earthers. All ancient cultures were. This you can Google. Even Faulkner shows us a picture of the ancient Hebrew cosmology. Why does he then feel the Bible is not a flat earth book? Oh, yes, the poetry chop. Nothing is valid if it's poetry. He writes off all the biblical proofs of FE like a glober spouting "refraction and gravity" to supposedly explain all the inconsistencies of the heliocentric model.

@@TexasGrandma2010 rule out pictures from stratosphere (under the cealing), pictures from desert, pictures from studio, computer generated pictures, paintings and what are you left with? Nothing. None. Zero. The problem is that CGI went so far that you can generate nowadays virtually any environment to look like the real thing. But in the beginning it was not the case and it is obvious.

Then you would be in the minority friend. Most people are enamoured with the idols named after the Greek gods - Mars Jupiter Mercury etc. They have reversed the meaning of God's design, made the sun the centre of our world, and the unknown the centre of creation. A vast unimaginable emptiness surrounds us, instead of the watchful ever present gaze of our Lord and Creator. We are meaningless protein sacks without any purpose versus designed creations here to worship Jesus Christ and bring him joy and happiness. Space and Evolution have discredited the bible BOTH are false fairy tales. The Bible is true, and it says the world is flat, immovable, and under water.

It's observably factual the earth moves. If you choose to ignore those observations and facts, that's fine, but the majority of us will continue to live in reality. Also, the universe can still expand while the earth moves. The fact natural processes continue after Creation doesn't mean the Creator's not done yet. It rains; does that mean God's not done with his Creation? The tectonic plates move resulting in earthquakes; does that mean God's not done with his Creation? The universe appears to be expanding; just because we don't fully understand the natural mechanisms for this doesn't mean God's not done with his Creation. Also, while the earth is not the center of our solar system, there is some evidence to suggest we (meaning the Milky Way galaxy) are very near the center of the universe; this can be potentially seen through quantized red shifts. This is hardly a refutation of the earth being flat, it's a refutation of how "science" is done. But what is impossible for man, is possible with God for ALL THINGS are possible for Him. I am perfectly satisfied and happy with earth and the heavens being the only thing in creation. I don't need to know if there are other "planets", or "suns", or "asteroids", or "galaxies", ect to know that what I see from earth with my naked eye without witchcraft and a preconceived notion that the earth is a globe is that all of creation testifies to His power and glory. In your view it seems that God can't be great unless there is a massive seemingly endless empty space. But let me tell you, when I look into the night sky with my eyes I see COUNTLESS stars, another reason why I will never believe what "experts" say about space since nobody can count the stars (not even your computers and assistance with technology), and a sky that is FULL of Gods glory and creation. I bare witness to how He moves the heavens to be in alignment with His will, that He causes the sun to go from one end of the sky to the other along with the moon and stars. The sun, moon, and stars are ONLY lights in the sky, God cannot lie. 56:11 I prefer to trust God, not lean on my own understanding/explanation. He created the sun, moon, and stars to be for signs, and seasons, and days, and years. Simple as that. Also in those signs, the sun and moon don't over one another, they become one. Light shining over the darkness when the darkness tries to cover up the light. 58:21 Simply because someone claims to be a Christian doesn't mean they are. There are many wolves in sheeps clothing, and they have invaded the body of Christ. Not to say they aren't legitimate, but you're using their claim of faith to say they are trustworthy sources. The only source of information I truly trust is God and what His word says. What Holy Spirit reveals to me through convictions and revelations and breakthroughs.

1. Argument 1. It could be as simple as God Stopping Time Itself as this seems to not have happened and recorded elsewhere except by the Israelites. Which led to Naturalism, and all the crazy ideas. The Scientific Method isn't flawed and cannot give God Glory. It is the Philosophy of the people who just wants to remove God in the Equation (aka, in their attempts to become wise, they become fools; the fools say in their hearts, there is no God) 3. Argument 3: Actually, we have so many prominent Scientists that are Creationists. Linneaus, the Father of Taxonomy, for example, wanted to give man the scientific name that means 'man of the hour', and believed not in an evolutionary tree but a taxonomic orchard with no 'Missing Link'. Blaise Pascal, more famous for the invention of the early calculator, is a very prominent Evangelists of his time. And there are many others in this day and age. The only difference is that they stick to the principle of Understanding God's Nature and Providence by Science, and NOT understanding Science for man's glory

Awesome, however we must not serve two masters thus the world we live IN is of utmost importance for the end times.. Numerous reference to the Earth being created still and immovable. The key is to knowing which way is up. God 's simple logic natural law water finds level, needs containment tells us the Earth is at rest, level everywhere. Water cannot lie! Answers in Genesis; I love and support you but you cannot have it both ways. You use scripture to show creation but this video right from the beginning uses People from 6 century B.C. in Rome of all places to begin explanation. There are many scriptures that speak about earth but to prioritize ideas from Pagans in Rome over God's word. There is one thing talking about flat earth but another to assume Heliocentric over Geocentric. I'm disappointed to say the least. I'm shocked you took this subject on and when you did, well it wasn't done scientific. The flat earth and Geocentric shouldn't have been married together. This could be an error without solid proof and thus shouldn't make a claim one way or the other if only to keep the name "Answers in Genesis" a source of truth and not hypothesis. There are hypothesis and there is Observable, Testable and Repeatable science. This video is weak at best. You guys are better than this. Some things cannot be proven and I believe it's OK to say that. Read Job again. Do we really know? I'd rather lean not on my own understanding but in all my ways trust in Him.

The earth is definitely a sphere, there are plenty of ways to test it so it shouldn’t even be a question anymore. Just go to any travel website and look up flights between different countries and they will list the prices and mileage for the flights. On a flat earth, the distance between Australia and Peru would be enormous, but on a globe they are closer. It’s summer time in the southern hemisphere when it’s winter in the north. No question about it, the earth is a sphere. So the question is, was the Bible written by a god who knows this, or was it written by primitive men?

It doesn't make sense to me. The Bible says; and this is from the King James Version, in Genesis 1:6-7 it says God divided the waters from the waters. Waters that were above the Earth and waters below. What water? If you took a container full of water and went in the middle of it, and divided it to make a void; or space in the middle. The water would be a Flat Surface. Then God made the dry land on that Surface. Then in Isaiah 34:4 it says The Havens were rolled together like a Scroll. So what; The Entire Outer Space is gonna get rolled up like a scroll? Also in multiple places in the Bible it says, Up into Heaven. Well if you're in Russia and go Up; vs if you're in the US and go Up, That's two different directions on a sphere. Another one; In the Book of Enoch it says that Enoch was taken Far to the East and then Far to the West. And saw the Ends of the Earth. How does that make any sense? Or in Revelation 7:1; and a bunch of other books, It says The Four Corners of the Earth. What does that mean? Spheres don't have corners. And lastly; What happens if you play a Video Game like Halo; or Gta, or many other games and you go out of bounds. What happens? Take Gta; the Water just goes on forever and ever. Filling up the disc space. Why would they develop it like that? Cause it's way easier then trying to make a Whole Universe with a Planet that has the Game Map on it. Wouldn't God do the same thing? Why make a Whole Universe if its just cosmetic? And then there's All this talk about how the Worlds going to end soon. Or rather, Jesus is going to come in the End Times; Soon. And we haven't even really gone to Mars. And there's a Whole Universe of unexplored Planets that we will Never even get to explore? Whats the point? We don't even got people living on the Moon. Now I don't know what the shape of the Earth is.... But I don't think its a Sphere. And a few of the things he was saying. I didn't watch the whole video. But some things that "prove the Earth is a Sphere" can also be explained on a Flat Plane. Now the Real Question is... Is Space; with All its Sun's and Planets, real or not? Iv'e never been to Space. And all the Actual footage of Space is just someone going up really high, then coming right back down. Why doesn't it look like Sandra Bullock and George Clooney from that one movie? Or even the curvature of Earth that can be seen from Space. Take a flashlight and shine it on the ground. Does it not make a circle of light. Where depending on the type of flashlight; The edges are dark and without light. It looks just like what we see from in Space. But why would the government; or the Whole World, lie to us? Idk... To draw attention away from God. All the depressed people that think life is meaningless. How we are just a Rock hurtling in an Infinite Space. With no meaning. It's all random. You die and that's it; nothing. And a lot of the people that think this way; Don't believe there even is a God. But in a World where God Lives. And we are the only Flash in all the known Universe. It makes way more sense that the Earth is the only Land. And the Stars are just that; Stars.

AMEN. thank you for laying this all out. I'm ashamed to say that it took more than the bibles words to convince me. I have spent time listening to flat earthers and globe believers arguments and counter arguments and have concluded that globe earthers arguments against the flat earth dome are convincingly shown to be very unsatisfactory and easily refuted by flat earth arguments. Time and time again flat earthers have shown me that the globe believers arguments are very bad. Over time I realized , the Bible has clearly without allegory told us the truth in plain language and shame on us for ignoring it!!! God's word would not mislead us on the nature of His creation!!! That fact should smack us in the face!!! God's word most definitely tells us clearly of a dome with sun and moon moving!! If the world was as our modern scientists say then God has misled us and these Christians , like the man above like pointing that out, whether they realize it or not. I say Impossible! No way!!! I'm ashamed because it took more than faith in His Word for me to believe it. Now that I do, I'm sad that it took more for me to believe it but am happy because it has taught me to never ever doubt again. Not to do verbal gymnastics with His words to fit my biases. This examination of this topic has increased my faith in His Word so much. Child like faith you could call it. I no longer need out side confirmation of His truth in His Word. Never to trust worldly teachings first before the Bible. My child like faith belongs to God and His Word alone.

If you are going to take every word for its literal English meaning how do you make sense of the verse you quoted "for the pillars of the earth are the Lord's, and He hath set the world upon them" and Job 26:7He stretches out the north over empty space; He hangs the earth on nothing.

@@cmcsoundz3025 That it does and so when I tease it out with fellow Christians, discussing Biblical passages that point to it, they just don't get it.
