JustAnswer Customer: i had Hair transplant surgery yesterday and i was wondering if smoking a little of Cannabis will effect the growth or grafted area, i was thinking of just having 3 to 4 small takes just to ease the pain ?

Dr Chip (M.D.): Doctor: Heavy smoking, especially cigarettes, would lower the oxygen content of the blood and add carbon monoxide which could potentially slow the healing and damage the growth of the transplanted follicles, but modest use of cannibis shouldn't affect the outcome.
