Hey, I am a long-time subscriber of your channel and always appreciate the quality of content you provide. But I have to disagree with what you have said about OCD above. I had severe OCD which was caused due to depression and I was given the exact same advice that you gave by my friends and family. Almost everyone I knew told me to meditate. And I tried for months but it was very difficult and my condition was getting worse. But when I finally saw a psychiatrist, medication is what helped me. My treatment took around 8 years to finish but the positive impact it had on me is too monumental to explain. Most people are still against visiting a shrink due to the taboo attached to it. I would have appreciated it if you had said that you should still take someone's consultation as you do when you talk about homoeopathic or ayurvedic treatments. Still love your content. 💛

Really appreciate the time you took to share your experience ... I am sure it will give a lot of clarity to those who are in need... This topic is one that can lead to a long debate, because what I mean by meditation is very different from what people usually try to do when they hear the word & forcefilly fighting a psychological condition is not the best approach in most cases... I am glad you found your way out & I always recommend people to do what fits them best.. I agree, I should have mentioned that line you specified , because not everyone can hold their own hand & walk out of this ... 🙏❤️

I am recently wondering if the market packaged curd, Amul or any other brand, are they same as home made curd? Do they have bacteria to improve gut health? Observation comes from when we tried to use one curd to prepare curd at home trying to use market curd as lactic culture but we were unable to see any results. This is a topic that needs a detailed discussion & cannot be explained in a few words.. The best way to start fixing your gut is to first remove everything that is not good for it & keep only home cooked meals that digest well. Then slowly add fermented veggies & different types of fibers & if needed use a good probiotic...
