Male Pattern Baldness To Long Hair Naturally - My Journey | Hair Growth Phase | Bearded Chokra

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

My journey from being diagnosed with male pattern baldness to having long hair today. In 2016 I was facing a lot of hair fall and was losing hair from the crown area and that is when I decided to start treatment to get my hair back. However, in just a few months I stopped the treatment and started this journey on my own and began my hair growth phase naturally. With great discipline, I was able to stop hair fall/ hair loss and also reduce dandruff, naturally.

If you just want to strengthen the hair then the green tea technique is more than enough. You can watch it here - kzread.info/dash/bejne/gJZ8qJumdra_oNY.html

    *You can use olive oil to make your hair look good and feel healthy.* It is _no secret_ that heat styling makes it hard for you to grow new hair, but the oils found in *olive oil work as a protectant against those high temperatures* by creating a shield around natural keratin which _contains antioxidants, vitamin E, and oleic acid._ Olive Oil also has _anti-inflammatory properties which may help with treating dandruff too!_

    A have taken a very similar approach to combating hair loss. We also have a similar past as I too was an over-stressed, sleep deprived junk food junkie! I've done all the things you talked about (keto, IF, vitamins, minerals etc.) for the past year and I am just starting to see some "slightly" noticeable results. So it was nice to hear your story of success and makes me more confident I am on the right path. I must say though that I have experience a lot of other benefits from changing my bad habits. Other issues with inflammation and gut problems have slowly disappeared and I sleep so much better now which of course helps to reduce the excess stress I had. I think this shows what a symbiotic system the human body is. It can run perfectly if given the right care.

    2/3rd of men lose hair, if the diet was the cause, then that would mean the other 1/3rd would have a really good diet but that just isn't the case. Genetics and stress are one of many factors. Ultimately, the presence of DHT and other androgens causes hair loss. You need to take care of that topically or orally. A good diet will stabilize your DHT and other than intermittent fasting, fasting from sunrise to sunset 3 days a month is considered healthy as well. Beggars may just have full head of hair because they don't binge eat all the things that we do.

Exercise a minimum of 30 mins everyday. Using organic shampoo, oil, neem wooden comb, scalp massager by Littleextra Cooconion two times a week. This is good for hair fall control.

    Mate I agree with most of your points. But intermittent fasting or keto long term isn't that great atleast in my opinion or for my body. I believe even I regulated my hormone levels by doing 16:8 fasting but it applied a lot of stress on my body. And I lost a lot of hair because of that plus when i started going to the gym i just couldn't fast with the same intensity anymore. I dont snack the way I used to but I eat what I want when I want in moderation this keeps me happy aa well. What do you think about long term intermittent fasting if you're hitting the gym for muscle mass?

    Hey brother just came across your channel I am 17 years old and right now I am going through the hairfall phase. My scalp is becoming visible in my crown area and my hair density has greatly reduced which makes me sure that its excessive hair fall as well. My diet and workouts are good however I might be lacking certain nutrients which I will be finding out through a blood test. Apart from these can you please suggest me anything that can help me get through this because this is the most stressful time of my life. I feel really insecure and my hair means the world to me

    Stress and depression is a major factor. And I also think that we should just let the hair be and not take care of it too much. Shampoo your hair once in 4 days. Gently massage with a little coconut oil. Do not wash on a daily basis. Issues with hair tangle, use 3 drops of hair serum rub it on your palm and smoothen the hair out gently with your fingers which will allow the hair to untangle. Then brush it out with a comb with big tooth. Try to avoid wearing hats since it'll make the scalp sweat and sweat isn't a good thing as it helps produce dandruff. I've been growing my hair for two years now and the above steps seems to Work for me.

  • @LeDrPsycho

    @LeDrPsycho

    Coconut oil is a myth. Applying it does nothing, like eating food with your non dominant hand thinking that will help lose weight. Its a major reason people get dandruff. Never apply any oil to hair. It never works. And sweat is not a trigger for dandruff, its sebum basically oil. Hair serum is also shit. If u want to grow your hair try hair supplements like multivits for proper nutrition and hair will grow on its own. Read about hair cycle. This will help you understand hair growth.

    It might, but there is no proof for it... Even if it doesn't reverse hair loss, semen retention is a very powerful method to manage energies... However, it is a process that should be initiated in you by a master/guru.

    Okay I agree with you on some points but riddle me this, how come some homeless men have super thick hair and some men with great health lose their hair? The symptoms you said, they indicate you had seborrhoeic dermatitis and not AGA. stress and bad lifestyle can cause seborrhoeic dermatitis though.
