Thank you. It's nice to be validated after decades of my thinking and others thinking I'm just lazy.

Yes I am experiencing a high level of fatigue, I get frustrated with my inability to complete simple tasks. To get any amount of sleep I lay on my back, but then I wake with much pain in my lower right side, just below the waist line. No, I seldom get a full night’s sleep. Thanks for confirming what I have been thinking. LK from Canada. ❤❤😊

Lol I guess it took me 5 years on to type this on a google search. And after sleeping on a comfortable bed for 12 hours, I had to just ask God to KZread me a link at the risk of being told "I am self diagnosing" blah blah without insurance. Thanks Doc. This means alot regardless what the world says. Just still thinking about whether gym routines should worsen or aid continuously. I know after the first week returning from a gym hiatus, it's usually not that bad. Lol

I have to agree I am tired and fatigued my energy level is low . My curve was at my last exam was 40 lumbar 30 thoracic. I have very good chiropractor and my Philologist is teaching me the Schroth method of breathing and excercise. I am having pain while standing, and walking up and down the steps, my standing and walking consist of only 10 to 20 min before I must sit down. My pain is mostly on my left lower back area and sometimes it goes down to my legs. I do my home excercise, however I must admit when I am feeling fatigued or my back is painful I don't do my excercise as often as I should. Any suggestions. My Physiologist is so busy I can't see her but on the average once a month. I don't feel that is really a help for me.

ugh I lost my message. My curve progressed to 72 degrees and I suffered severe pain starting in my 30s. About a year and a half ago I went to Clear Scoliosis Reduction Center for 2 weeks intensive treatment with Dr. Tony Nalda and was fitted with a Scolibrace.

My narcotic meds have been reduced by 75%, I can now walk at least half mile without increase pain (up from one block that caused severe pain even with meds). And I avoided a bone fusion. I am so thankful for Dr. Nalda and continue with his treatment plan.
