My thoughts are you have no clue.

I don't know where you folks get your mpg figures from...I have a 2021 Black Addition and I'm consistently getting 24.5 to 25,5 in town driving and have had a best of 28,5 on the highway. Last fall took a road trip that totaled 5500 miles combined interstate and metro driving and my avg mpg for the whole trip came in at 27.3 checked with fuel fill ups / miles driven...the on board computer showed 27.5 which was pretty darn close.

Base tacoma starts at $36k. For V6 and RTL tril, low $40s and 5,000lb tow is plenty for most folks at a better price. a tacoma with leather is going to cost you over $50k

The Ridgeline is the only midsized truck that can haul 4x8 building material. The other midsized trucks are posers for work trucks

You have compared the RL unibody to ladder frame competitors?..why not compare the RL to other unibody designs as apples to apples?..RL isn’t designed to be a full tow and rigid frame for heavy use. RL has many features which clearly are beneficial to ride and comfort while not experiencing the kidney abuse of stiffer frames.

Who else has a unibody this size????? Don't compare this to a Maverick or a Santa Cruz(name??) There is no comparison----

The price is not too high in todays market.

It is the same gas milage as the tacoma 4 cyc. turbo.

These problems, as you call them, are not problems for Ridgeline owners like me. We don't need to tow more and we love the creature comforts. If you do need the extra towing I get that. But 90% of ladder truck owners just want to grow what's below their waist line.

I WILL NOT BUY A TORBO ENGINE SAY AWAY FROM THEM. Too many problems with them.

That’s what makes a Ridgeline attractive. No turbo. Honda V6 with no cylinder deactivation.

It’s the best in class.

19/23 mpg is better than 18/24?! Terrible review.

I bought my Ridgeline for $41,000 .. and it has Sunroof, Leather Seats , upgraded features .. compare this with other Pickups and its about the same or cheaper. Compared to a full size truck with the same equipment it's $20,000 less. The Ridgeline is alot of truck for your money.

I have a 2019 RTL E and get22/23 in town and 29/31 highway .

More trim levels makes them more expensive. My thoughts

I wished they make the pull a little better at least 7000 come on!! I'll wait for the 2025! Or maybe i'll get a older Ridgeline and just few upgrades.

Not boosting the HP by 5 is a flaw?! C'mon, Ref!

the 285 HP. ENGINE you need to burn high test gas recemented. Which is more expensive too run.

More ground clearance, more horsepower and a hybrid are all necessary improvements.

Lets not waste money on gimmicks. For ground clearance its at it gets best fuel mileage. If you want to raise it or lower it put it on air bags. Also it doesn't need more power. Put a better throttle response like the Monster Pedal and it will feel like a sports car. Hybrids are trash..... Just put a Banks cold air intake and do a lean burn tune on it and it will get higher MPGs. Why complicate a simple process by throwing more things to go wrong with today's vehicles. I like Honda's approach K.I.S.S - Keep it simple stupid!

@@Saberkitten007 good points but a hybrid is great. more efficient and electric motors have more torque than ICE. Trucks should have more hybrid engines, not for the MPG but for the additional low end torque.

I don't need to tow more.. But one flaw is that stupid push button shifter.. I wish Honda would just give it a simple traditional shifter..

Not understanding the supposed "flaws" presented in this video as all the flaws are a "plus" for me. With the Honda V6 280HP engine I average about 22MPG in normal driving with plenty of power.

You clearly have no clue!

Nobody wants a hybrid sports pickup. It doesn’t make sense
