Buying a builder floor is more complicated and risky than buying a flat for 2 reasons
1. There are no RERA guidelines for builder floors
2. Documents to check in builder floor are more in comparison to a flat
In this video I have covered, documents to check before buying a builder floor. Builder floor documents can be divided into two parts first documents to confirm ownership and secondly document to check approvals for construction. For reference, I have used the list of documents prescribed by HUDA and required when buying a builder floor in Gurgaon, Haryana. I have covered the list of documents required when you are buying a independent floor in HUDA sector or a licensed colony in Gurgaon. But this list can also be used as reference while buying a builder floor in any other state as the list of documents will more or less remain same.

Sir resellers or seller has photocopy of most documents as he says others are with bank. How to trust such process. Bank only keeps like latest sale deed and copies of others. How do we verify the photocopies the seller is showing of conveyance deed, older sale deeds, occupation certificate, etc plesse help. Is there a way to get the certified or notarized copy of such sort

Completion certificate requires only in Lease property?
