Possession of Flat | Process & Checklist Before taking Possession of your New Flat
In this video, I have shared the process of taking possession of new flat along with the things to check in your flat before taking the possession of your new flat. Taking possession of a new flat may sound very simple but involves quite a few steps from checking few important documents such as offer of possession, occupancy certificate, completion certificate, payment ledger, car parking allotment letter and possession letter. It also involves inspecting the flat thoroughly and knowing what to check during flat possession including electrical fittings, tiles, doors, windows, balconies, bathroom & bath fittings, kitchen and car parking. Once need to ensure that all the fittings are functioning properly and are as per the specification committed by builder in the builder buyer agreement. I have shared a complete checklist before taking possession of your new flat.

Please make a comprehensive video for first-time home buyers under 30 years age explaining search of home location (Tier-1 vs Tier-2 cities), choice of builder, home loan process, possible scams and ways to avoid them and other important things that a first time home buyer without any knowledge of real estate should keep in mind.
thanku, builder is offering possesion but they dont have oc and cc. what should i do plz suggest
Please make a video on check list or parameters required to apply for Occupancy certificate. When a builder said they have achieved Occupancy certificate what all things should be completed by them.
Very informative video, can you guide, there is some experts who do the inspection on behalf of the buyer and give some certificate and report for court use also?

What does it mean by Pre possession ?
sir make a video on interiors also, what things to ensure before we book for interior work with any vendor like what wood we should ask, how many days they take, how the payment cycle should be etc etc,
In Hyderabad, Builder is does not provide WC and tap fittings. I won't be able to check the slope of bathroom. The drainages are not covered with steel jaalis also.
Can you make a video on what to check in agreement.
One question for inspection does builder doesn’t allow 3 party vendor to do inspection is that correct
