Builder floor is better if some basic amenities are available like parking, green area, kids playing zone and connectivity with Main Road.

Opinion seems baise towards society high rise apartments. You never mentioned monthly maintenance charges which is more or less equivalent to paying rent. In Gurugram in any good society charges are around 35k to 60k for so called all the facilities which a member rarely take advantage of all.

@@akshayraheja8456 yes they park cars back to back so the first one finds it difficult to get his car out of the house .. sometimes there is no indoor parking you have to park outside where the floor owners start fighting for parking and get into gaol.

@@ContraDoxAage peeche karte raho ,front 500 gaj se upar ka plot ho to acha hota hai sabko alag alag gate mil jate hain ,if u can afford, baaki 250 gaj Tak walon me aage peeche parking, aur agar upar floor Wale aur aap bhi working couples type ho , it's a mess daily, ya koi aisi family mil Jaye upar Wale floor par retired jisko kabhi kabhi car chaiye it's your luck

Security issues. View from balcony Lack of ventilation No amenities No parks No swimming pool or sports facilities.
I took builder floor in gated society in Raj Naga extension.parking ki proper facility mili aur sirf 1 k common expense .

Noida extension is overrated don’t waste ur money as there is no future of Noida as the companies are less as compared to other metros including Gurgaon. School are there but even teachers are incompetent they can’t speak English very well. There is no metro. Companies are less . Salaries are less , construction quality is inferior in Noida extension.
