Technically, the Clockwork Droids are an RTD invention that Moffat was tasked to write.
Did anyone else notice how 7 and 8's stories didn't have any villains
What got me about the Queen or Clocks is how it used a set up from Girl in the Fire Place for a jumpscare so you're familiar with the framework but turns it on it's head and uses it to reveal the twist, very smart
Since this was originally slated to come out in November 2023, I'm classing it as an honorary part of the 60th anniversary celebrations
Hope you'll have a good day
I've only listened to the last two stories so far, but I really liked it. At least, I think I remember liking it... My memory's a bit foggy.
We got April left and then after April it's may that's when we see the new season of Dr who
Thee are fun releases but they really lay bare that New Who doesn't have that many great monsters.
Honestly, felt this one was kinda... okay? The first one's good, the second one is alright, but it gets tedious around the middle. The twist is good, but it's nothing new to DW. And the last two are... err, fine? So yeah, wasn't bad, wasn't really good either (sorry, everyone who liked this set).
