I was going to write a rather long description how they should all piss off as having no fucking clue about how to qwrite a Dr Who episode but in honesty I cant see how ANY ONE would want to listen to the stories they want to tell......gay, snogging same sex, women (or any sapience species other than they approve of, are CIS male and are therefore responible for all the world's ills) are awsomely reasponsible for all of humankind's advances in any form. It'll just a pile of steaming shit..... Anyone who "enjoys" the current Dr Who are selfish, selfcentred, obnoxious, offensive, stupid, overly self important, virtue signaling pathetic specimens I have ever come across. Why quote from this steam shit pile? "Oh I LOVED when they said...blah fucking blah de blah blah! You pathetic specimens of Dr Who fans. It's died utterly as a series can in anyway possible, look at the figures for viewing FFS, it's a pathetic effort

I was away at a wedding so I never got the pleasure of that cliffhanger. Me and my partner just watched it and I never thought it would be Sutakh. His reaction to Sutakh was worth it though!

I personally found a couple of episodes very dull (73 yards was a bit too slow for my liking) I over all enjoyed what the season so far.

This is a brilliant Video. William Russell was an all time great. I have been watching his episodes again, there great. And at least with these, he will be forever young. Thanks for this it was incredibly entertaining.

Honestly I'm not sure why the cgi here is bad- it's a very detailed and alien looking design and to me it looks realistic...well as realistic as a jackal-creature calling itself the God of Death can look

It was a "Saturday teatime show for kids"?! Did episodes like Genesis of the Daleks or Pyramids of Mars just seem like happy little lessons in history??

Such a good children's show that has Satan himself, in a Planet that is orbiting a black hole, who takes over the Ood.

I actually liked that they leaned in hard to the "its Susan Foreman" theory for the most part, it was a good way to distract from the real reveal by having the Doctor believing it could be her and following that line of enquiry instead of seeing what was really in front of him.

With the Disparu section, you kinda did what they these "content creators" did, and made up a meaning. I can't say one way or the other what he actually meant, but it's not fair to call people out on misrepresenting statements and twisting them then injecting it yourself on one of them. Be better than them.

I'm glad they ditched the mask and did an update on the monstrous Jackal/Dog features. tfw that the most powerful antagonist in Doctor Who is a literal furry has always amused me, and now he's got the look he deserves.

Was Susan also a harbinger? Curiously, thinking back on her past appearances, she is always linked with death.

The big CGI hell hound was too in your face. It would have been far scarier if it just loomed over the TARDIS. The most chilling part of the episode was the ‘time-window’ sequence. Just an amazing scene. I love the idea and imagery of them being in a monochrome video recording.

So I didn't know who Sutekh was (Despite having seen Pyramids of Mars before and it being one of the very few classic DVDs I own, proper doh moment) but it felt just as exciting, I thought the build up was intense and so much fun

When I watched this episode, I adored the scenes with the Doctor reuniting with old and new friends, especially Kate and Mel. The emotion was palpable. Lenny Rush as Morris Gibbons was fantastic, but I wish we had Shirley Anne Bingham back because she was awesome. I am loving having a Doctor who lets out raw anger and anguish by hitting walls (or, in this case, lifts). I knew from the start that Susan Triad wouldn’t turn out to be Susan Foreman, because it was way too obvious. Sutekh, however, I didn’t see coming. I’m also wondering what Mrs Flood’s role in all this is. All in all, I enjoyed this episode, even if it was mostly setup that caused more questions than it answered. Looking forward to Empire of Death, and severely hoping that Davies does not drop the ball.

My main problem is that Sutekh just isn't a god. He was immensely powerful, but he was just an alien with psychic powers. We even know the name of his species. He's the last of the osirans. I never would've considered him to be in the same league as the Toymaker or Maestro, or something like the Mara or the Trickster. It doesn't make any sense to me that actual gods would fear this guy, nor why he'd be considered "the oldest one." Now it could be wibbly wobbly timey wimey, and that the Doctor trapping him in the time vortex then retroactively means he's existed since the beginning of time, so they could conceivably spin it that way. But how I feel about this story will very much depend on the next episode and how well it justifies putting Sutekh in this position. Because right now it just feels like RTD has just bought into the inflated importance the fandom gives Sutekh. I love Sutekh, don't get me wrong - he's one of my favourite Who villains - but this version of him seems completely at odds with what we already know of him.
