Spiderman's ending scene was set in Christmas not the whole movie. There was Halloween decorations still put up. If I'm not mistaken the coffee shop owner said to take down those lights, meaning its like November 1st through the 5th.

Another thing: The manual dexterity and control it takes to repair a watch is comparable to that required to be a surgeon. This is literally depicting his healing, both physically but most importantly mentally. I believe there is previous mention that he could have fixed his hands (I think that's part of the original Dr Strange movie) but instead chose to pursue magic. Whatever mental block / guilt complex he had has been worked through, which could have larger implications of him reaching his fuller potential.

The third eye does not mean that sinister strange is still alive. Like you said at first its what happened to him because of him using the darkhold. The darkhold was also destroyed in all universes before that moment so sinister strange couldn't have dreamwalked even if he was still alive. Furthermore, he opened it willingly meaning he accepts it as apart of himself and so he can be open to everything.

The 3rd eye is the Eye of Agamotto. Dr. Strange has learned how to use it. It might make him little more dangerous in a protective type way. There’s no reason the MCU makes our Dr. Strange evil. It would be messy. He doesn’t seek revenge like Wanda did or similar. No reason he hasn’t learned how to control his Eye of Agamotto. Ancient One told him in 1st Strange movie - “open your eye”.

Shuma Gorath, while "Lovecraftian" is not an H.P. Lovecraft creation. The character, as seen in the comics, was created by Steve Englehart & Frank Brunner; with Roy Thomas & Gardner Fox laying the foundation. The name was taken from an entity in a Robert E. Howard KULL story , "The Curse of the Golden Skull", which is why Heroic Signatures has the rights to the name. When I picture the multiverse, I imagine it as a library. Each book is a different universe, and every page within the individual books make up the alternate dimensions/realms that exist within each universe. Two pages cannot coexist, but if one or both pages/realms/dimensions are destroyed, the book/universe will continue existing, one or two pages/realms/dimensions short. Two books/universes also cannot coexist, but if one or both are destroyed, all pages/dimensions/realms within them are also completely destroyed, leaving nothing to continue on. And the Gap Junction makes up the shelves in which the books reside, as the Gap Junctiion is the only place to ever be described as the space between universes. It may very well be the library itself, if not some macrouniverse.

How would you fit timelines into this analogy? Because most people seem to think Loki Variants and time lines are multiple universes forming a multiverse when in reality it's multiple timelines within 616's universe

I can't imagine Marvels Multiverse. It just makes no sense for me. But... i'd like to imagine, that if our universe is possible, than it also possible that before and after it those other universes in endless numbers an variations could have existed or will be existing. One after another in an endless realm of nothingness. Traveling between them would be more like time travel.
