    Your 6km run is my warmup i run around 12 km per day in warmup 6 and in set 6km

    @@awmdanger9677 it's more like a jog No one goes full throttle for the whole run Any experienced runner would know that And If your legs are taking so much time to warm up, you should get it checked out It means either there some issues with your blood flow or mind muscle connection which is a big concern Downgrading someone by your stats is something that no one likes Eventually, people start to turn away from you

    If you are working weight is substantial, then warmup is easy ..Like I do flat db press with 35 kg for 8 so I have to start with lesser weight for 2-3 sets and then get into my working weight and I think everyone does this as warmup

    Bhai dynamic stretch ka matlab hota hai ki move karte huye ya fir repeated ya fir change karke tez tez stretch karte while in static AAP ek position ko hold karte ho jo inhone excercises batai thi starting jaise walking lunges leg swings ye sab dynamic me hi aaate hain toh dynamic Wale AAP kar sakte ho pre workout warmup ke liye bhi usse aapki aapki muscles active ho jaati hai ya fir lame Language me body khul jaati hai but static stretches should be done after workout only kyuki wo aapki muscles relax karti hai aur woh kaafi aacha bhi hota after workout hope you get it

    Bhai me 2,3 month se weight loss kara hu mera weight 77kg tak aa gaya tha but achanak 8,10 din baad 81kg ho gaya or ab last 1 month se weight atak gaya he kam nhi hora ya badhra yesa kyu hora he😢😢
