The packing says that it is Chocolate flavoured but it's taste is no where near to chocolate flavour. It is only sweet. It tastes exactly like wheat shira which is made by my mom in winters. Not sure about results yet.

Bro I just recently found that creatine is good for post workout .. and I don't think creatine could affect your program.. bcoz creatine will only give you more energy to lift.. try to take 20g creatine for a week to maximize your load then the next week only take 5g post workout. I hope it helps you.

@@mr.pancake00 I have been losing some muscle mass but I believe that's because I've been eating less (to be honest I think I'm developing an eating disorder). I would always recommend a cold shower, whether you worked out recently or not. If nothing else it encourages you to not linger.

Yatinder ji , i think both cold water shower and warm shower helps in healing and relax your muscles ..so its like this way , in extreme winters warm water shower is best and in hot summers cold water is the best after post workout.. makes sense though?? 😅

@VIN..nope. Sometimes is ok .soyabean provides proteins but increases oestrogen (female hormone) too. It's good for women, but not for men.
