    It's kind of odd, but I am a professional violinist. I performed for movie soundtracks like Iron Man 3, Frozen, Obi Wan, and many more. My water heater broke and my uncle who was a plumber for 45 year's before he retired came by to help me install a new one. I absolutely fell in love with plumbing, and now im changing my careers to become a plumber. Very excited for my next journey. Your videos have helped.

    This was awesome thanks. I’ve been looking into making a career change to plumbing or an electrician. This just confirmed what I already have decided to do and that’s to be a plumber. I’ll be going to trade school hopefully this fall, just gotta submit an application and take those tests then wait and see. Wish me luck on this journey. 🍀

    I think the most important item from these is to be self critical. You can hide many things from customer or boss, but you can’t hide anything from yourself. Be accountable to yourself as a professional and that will move you forward.

    It is neat to dive into the psychology of plumbing you ask a lot of people why they got into it they’ll say I wanna get my ticket so I can make the big quid! Good video! 🎉 I agree on the feeling sorry for yourself I had my doubts in the first year of plumbing saying oh crud what have I done? Maybe this isn’t for me! But I just pushed thru and felt great that accomplished what I did that day!

    Awesome stuff we’ll spoken you need to be physically capable of doing these kinds of jobs mentally capable because if there is something that will hold you back you will never succeed and eventually let yourself down. Understand your mistakes work on them accept the mistakes for what they are and move forward used that as a teaching moment. Be willing and ready for what the day has to offer and embrace the career and make something out of it for yourself

    Hey Kenny, I have been working similar to you for a couple years with future goals of working on my own as well. If you watch some of Jared Williams videos on pricing they have really helped me understand how to price correctly. Although I do not agree with everything he says, and local markets apply to the price, I agree you not only have to price for profit for the company, employees and you to live off, you also have to price for where you want to go with your company. It’s really hard to realize you cannot compete with everyone and not everyone is your customer in order for you to make it as a company.

    Kenny, I think you should dedicate a video to cleanouts as they pertain to the NPC, where they might be required, or not required, on a fixture drain, and where they might be required on the building drain.

    Hello brother, thank you for your all the videos you make to enlighten people about this great path which is plumbing.. However I don't know if its okay to ask these kind of questions but I wanted to know, with all what's happening right now in Canada (expensive rent, high taxes, inflation ect...), do you recommond coming as an international student to learn Plumbing at this moment? I've been thinking about it for sometime and now with this crisis I'm really doubting.. What's your thoughts about it ? thanks brother.

    I’ve been thinking of becoming a plumber for a minute. Is there specific school you’d recommend going to? I work full time so I’ve thought about doing the courses online. I know I’ll have to do a couple years of apprenticeship and I’m a hands on learner anyway. Would love your input!

  • @Kennymolotov

    @Kennymolotov

    10 ай бұрын

    I can’t tell you exactly, but I’ve seen in the past two potential reasons, one is a clog, not allowing flow so soap suds build up. Or two, the connection of the clothes washer needs to be further downstream than it is…

    Hey Kenny! Love your videos. I live in the GTA and am just unsure of how to find the right plumber to “help” to get started. I’m not from the area so I don’t have a large network. I went to the union site to apply as to be an apprentice but it says they aren’t accepting applicants until the new year. Should I just apply to plumbing school at Mohawk which starts in January and then apply to places? I’m sure you get this question a lot and whether you answer or not I appreciate the work you put in!
