I feel so guilty when I eat too much. I feel so unsatisfied when I eat just enough. I fast 20 hours a day to get a six pack. I’m up and down. Up and down. I hate feeling my stomach full. But I hate when I feel im not satisfied.

The unsatisfied feeling is proven to be caused by ultra processed versions of real food, if you bake your own bread and make your own everything from scratch, including the sauces and salad dressings, it is proven your gut bacteria get fixed fast, so you eat 500 calories fewer per day despite enjoying the food the same and having the same calories and macronutrients per pound of food cos you don't feel like grabbing a second portion afterwards. A blind controlled study did this to volunteers and proved you can eat any dish with any fat or sugar content and feel satisfied appropriately as long as it is not ultra processed. This had already been proven in mice for many years, they too only overeat when the calories offered are in ultra processed versions of their food. Supermarket bread is the worst offender cos it is full of to the worst artificial emulsifiers that change the gut bacteria and yet is marketed as healthy. Only trust bread you bake from scratch yourself.

Got sent me here.I been struggling with over eating and not feeling full and fulfilled for so long. Just two days ago, I’ve released a song to my Instagram page called Eat Your Heart and no one said anything about it, not that I was really expecting them to, but in a way I was finally free to tell my truth. And on my search for peace as I was doing some editing from being laid off work for being a depressed person, I saw a video about Ayahuasca and it led me to others and another and now… here. And when I saw your video titles I cried because I was guided. Thank you I’m advanced for whatever will take place in the future.

Thank you for sharing these important points. I have to rethink my eating habits. I think I'm a mostly mindful lunch or dinner meal eater, although my breakfast choices need some work. But I'm def a 'mindless' in between meals snacker. I have to reshape this. I'm looking forward to working with you! 😊 🙏 🥣

Yes Kathy, the mindlessness can get us all from time to time. Whether it's snacking, watching tv, scrolling our phones, or ordering online . . . . staying MINDFUL is the key. And in this case, when it comes to our eating, setting an intention is so useful.
