I always give tips to service workers: taxi, cleaners, in restaurants etc. I want them take bread home to their family. That's my way of donation.

Marie, thank you for the important reminder that the toughest times do get better. We shouldn't define ourselves based off our successes but rather our resilience and our ability to get back up on our feet. To live full out is to bounce-back!

I felt a lot like Betty (the first woman on the phone call) when I was a full-time doctoral student trying to run a business and write a book. I joined Self-Publishing School and had my book published in a few months but my first draft was written in TWO WEEKS! ✨📚

My mum likes to say that "your attitude determines your altitude," and you're building on that phrase and adding a bit of spice to it. Only 4 minutes into the video but you are laying down some absolute gems of information.

Remarkable person reading this.. It’s going to get better; all it is a season of opportunity to grow and be better than before. Challenging times are meant to strengthen us, not to break us. Success doesn’t define to what happened to us; it is how we choose to deal with our circumstances. The more you grow and develop as an incredible person as you are, the more things will change for the better. Forgive more (for you), be grateful for even the smallest things (we have it way better than someone else), choose love over ego, choose humility over ego (humility is strength), and finally, invest into new skills so that your future self will thank you. Our lives will change forever the more we grow. Be thankful for the challenges for we know something greater is coming. Love you always - Nathalie ✨❤️

Last five yrs all dreams, projects went on hold with neuromuscular disease and then covid mess. Hardest thing is having so many clear visions of my life and knowing they are possible but having physical fatigue so bad can't even hold the phone or type long. One neurologist said I had to push through it all and nearly killed myself. With support of Mestinon , a doc who is running all the tests the others didn't and a gentle touch on the body am starting to make headway then collapse for a few days in exhaustion, repeat ad nauseum. At 65 have had to face mortality and the fear of making a mistake that tosses life into a mess. Fear is the major enemy as one ages... fear of financial ruin, breaking a hip, becoming more disabled, running out of time to finish things. Oh well, onward.

On a certain level, we have a drug store in our brain, the neurochemicals that show up in flow: so dopamine, norepinephrine, anandamide, endorphins, and serotonin. If you were to try to cocktail the street drug version of that, right, you're trying to blend like heroin and speed and coke and acid and weed- and point is, you can't do it. It turns out the brain can cocktail all of 'em at once, which is why people will prefer flow to almost any experience on Earth. It's our favorite experience. It's the most addictive experience on Earth. Why? 'Cause it cocktails five or six of the largest pleasure drugs the brain can produce. We're all capable of so much more than we know. That is a commonality across the board. And one of the big reasons is we're all hardwired for flow, and flow is a massive amplification of what's possible for ourselves.
