The message is clear, unlike those podcasts where you listen for more than an hour and just find only 10 minutes of the interview worth it.

Wow great talk! It’s so easy to fall into this state of comparison that after a while, it gets very exhausting and want to give up on “impressing people” just for our ego. It gets tiring tiring and tiring after a while and want to throw the towel and just choosing to be proud of ourselves for how far we’ve come and come to realization, when we choose to be proud of us, we also realize that we don’t want that burden of those walking across the stage, for what? For recognition and knowing that once we reached someone else’s goal, we don’t want it, we never wanted for ourselves. This is so good. I’ve come into terms with this long time ago and I don’t care if no one cares for me if I don’t become what they want me to become in their eyes. I’ve chosen the path that matters to me and flourishing in that. The moment we get real with ourselves and realize that, man, it’s so relieving when we finally decide to take our own paths to what matters most to us and not looking for validation outside of ourselves. Great episode, ladies! Keep ‘em coming!! ❤️❤️

Loved this video and it came into my feed in great timing. I never get to my goal because my goal changes as soon as I know I'm about to reach it. I would reach my previous goal and not celebrate it. My professional development coach had a sit down with me and outlined all my achievements and it was amazing how much I accomplished and I missed recognizing them.
