Anyone know a good stretch or two that really stretches your sides to decrease your chance for getting those stupid side cramps?

Is this good for go to stretch before play football? Like warmup 1hr before i go to the field, then i also hit dynamic stretching later after i reached the field, is this will do good?
Warmup is so important, if you kick really fast without warming up, it could injure badly

Backwards resistance is one of the lowest risk, and efficient ways to stimulate the hamstring and develop muscles around the knee

@@a.meeeezy9576to add to what you say here, it also improves the brain's ability to understand the movement and make sure you're stabilized when moving in an uncommon way. These backwards exercises are consistently involved in goalkeeper training but often overlooked until higher levels when playing outfield.
How long before a training or a game should you do this Today i did it 2 hours before training

I'd say this to be done before you start warming up with the ball before match. It is only really 10mins of a warm up should not get taxed after this.

I win in national football in Japan but I am an Indian
I tried this today and I got too tired to play ;) It's the age thing lol
I did all this and I was already drained. No more energy for the real match lol.
