Those are great exercises, I did all those exercises when I was younger. Unfortunately after my mother death and my divorce, I stop doing exercises. Couple times I tried to go back to exercise, but I give up. If you do it it really works. Thank you 🙏

I am planning to do this exercise every morning as I can, but I want advice you not to give up, divorcing is not mean life ending, you are living still.

I can feel the back muscles stretching and admit the m over time it w will strengthen it. It's difficult when then are side and not to put more strain in the lower back. Amen and thank you 🙏🏼 ❤❤❤

i use a pushrim wheelchair, this is great for ab strength to hold myself upright seated all day, to loosen my arms before i leave, and to stretch my hips that often feel stuck in a seated position.

I actually needed this reminder and not knowingly I did many of these stretches to relieve muscle, back and leg tension over the many years I have lived....and I mean MANY!!!

Go to underneath the video and it will show several things you can do....hit save... you may need to name the Playlist but that is where you will find it under your Playlist that you saved it to
