As a Celtic fan, there's a really frustrating pride the club appears to have in "continuity".

Greg mentioned about staggering the start times to allow supporters to enjoy more than one match on a Saturday. Here in Canada we have Hockey Night In Canada with three games staggered with an early Eastern game, a Central game followed by a later Western game. Granted Canada has multiple time zones but the concept could work in Scotland. In fact, you could even open a stadium early to allow local supporters to watch other matches on large screens. A good atmosphere can be created with a large crowd watching together.
