I was shot back in 2003. I still have 7 bullets in my leg. This practice temporarily helped me relieve 60% of the stress im going through on a daily. With in seconds the stress levels went back up. For anyone that doesn't have physical trauma like me do to a gun shot wound. I guarantee the practice this man is teaching does work! I felt it. It was wonderful!

I was severally abused as a child and then onto my mid twenties..I flash back a lot. I am going to try this on the next one. Will be back to say whether it works or not.
