Basic Info about DNA Cloning enzymes:
Two enzymes are used to produce recombinant plasmids. Restriction enzymes cut DNA at specific 4- to 8-bp sequences, often leaving self-complementary single-stranded tails (sticky ends). These enzymes are used to cut long DNA molecules into multiple restriction fragments and to cut a plasmid vector at a single site.

I didn`t found DNA cloning Part 1 video on your channel
Mam..suppose we we made fragments of dna with restriction nucleases enzymes and we put them with cleaved vector . So some other dna fragments would also join with vector . Then how come we would know that this one is the vector with gene of interest. I tried to search for this answer but couldn't get the answer pls..clear my doubt .

The vector carrying gene of interest contains antibiotic resistant gene which will survive in the antibiotic medium and work as selectable marker to mark our gene of interest

Agarose gel electrophoresis....Hume known hota hai gene of interest ka molecular weight... kisi bhi gene per experimental plan krna se pahle pura research papers analysis Krte hai..
