He was a big part of the reason the company almost collapsed in the first year and the talents almost all quit. He was trying to micromanage and dictate their content way too hard. Towards the end though he hired some extra managers and became a lot more hands off which is when things became a lot better. Most of the gen 1 girls have talked about it at some point before.

2 things I learned from warehouse is that, ladies actually working the most hard on these kind of jobs, and you will pass out next day of warehouse job if you're not used to it. It was so tiresome 😇

To understand Dizzy role at PC, you need to know about her past. Before she's Dizzy of PC, she was Urara of Tsunderia corp. She is THE manager of Tsunderia. She alone practically handle everything in the company. When she resigned, the entire Tsunderia falls apart because she's the one that keeping them all together. That's how great she is as a manager. When Urara resigned, Urara force Sakana to sign her as his talent at Phase Connect. Thus, she was reborn as Dizzy. Now, during the early part of PC, Dizzy/Urara helps Sakana behind the scene in many ways. Dizzy helps Sakana in picking the PC talents since Gen 1. When Sakana had any issues with his talents, he will lock Dizzy up in his car to vent about it to Dizzy. At one point, Dizzy become Shiina's manager (idk if she still is, but Shiina did ask Dizzy for permission to do stuff until today.) She's practically a talent/manager at PC. That's why you see her a lot in PC official account handling main event there. The speculation is that Dizzy is Sakana's relative or his childhood friend. That's why she's so involved in a lot of stuff.
