She was shiina manager for about a year. During that time sakana would drag her in the car to rant about the talents. Then she help find the current manager muumi. I'm pretty sure PC HQ and Sakana lives in Vancouver

If you can sit through what Sakana is saying, and you know some or all of Dizzy's background, then his high expectations of her make complete sense and to expect anything lower of her would demene the skills she does have and the effort she puts in. These two have been friends in the same industry for at minimum 3 years, she wouldn't ask his opinion if she knew he'd try to mince words for her sake
