I can communicate with my best friend (22 years of friendship) just by making small gestures, I remember the last time we met up with his fiance, the two of us communicated the entire time through gestures while chatting with her, confusing her immeasurably because she thought we weren't talking to each other, mind I did wind up in a food coma afterwards
