If you use this in a PC, you can get 3.3v from de PSU. The orange wires are the 3.3v rail.

You can make it but you will be able to use it only on window's pc cause drivers are only available for windows.

I think I understand your question. So, you have 1 usb with 2 ports (meaning it's a USB hub?). Then.. you plug the driver into USB.. Ok this is getting weird, you plug a driver on to USB?.. I he told you that, the device needs a driver. I think maybe you ask this question because you think this adapter can become like a wifi hotspot or like a router. A computer is needed to use the adapter because computer has driver to control that usb wifi adapter

Thank you!! If your module is rated for 3.3v then you need to supply 3.3v. Your module may burn if you supply more than that. If you don't have voltage regulator you can use two diode in series to drop down voltage.

red wire is with +3.3v, white is with -usb, green is with +usb and black one is connected ground with a small led in series to reduce usb 5 volt to 3.3volt...is it wrong connection? I have wifi inbuilt on my laptop, can i used this intead of inbuilt wifi?

I understand there are many fake videos about electronic DIY but this one I don't think it's fake. The wifi chip in your mobile phone is similar to wifi adapter in a normal windows tablet that is soldered in the motherboard. This similar chip also exist in the common USB wifi adapter in the market nowadays. You can plug this USB wifi in a PC with no wifi and it will work. He just demonstrate it on laptop.
