I have been refinishing furniture on and off since 2017, I love painting furniture and it's a therapeutic source for me. The pandemic brought so much stress that I found myself painting more often and unfortunately I can't keep all the pieces. My hope is to encourage you to paint your own pieces at home and for you to find joy watching these transformations.

Found one of these at Goodwill and I'm reupholstering it now. Such a beautiful chair.

I actually would not have changed these at all. Yes, they look old and stained, but I think that's part of their appeal. Similarly, you could restore all the buildings in Venice, but the lived in quality is part of their appeal.
