2 problem. first，pitch angle that you throw the plane out is very important，keep the pitch angle from too big，otherwise it tends to move up and down then stall.second the tail volume of this plane is not enough,so the horizontal stability is not good.we also fail many times to get these tips.

You need to have a built in elevator up angel in the tail mount so you don't have to use elevator up every time you make a turn ... and trim the Elevator servo to have around 15 degree at launch and maybe less during level flight ... The design is typically based on Sean Kinkade ornithoptes ... good luck

looks like your issue in the beginning was a CG issue. you were flying tail heavy, pun intended ;)
