There was some serious superior brain power that went into this project. When it's super hot, you can attach a fan or a sunshade. Great DIY.

well done! take care of yourself in these crazy times, we are going to need you and people that can do/make things when these times are over and we all build this economy back up to a country that makes things for themselves.... we used be the manufacturing giant of the world and skills like yours were common, not like today...... God Bless the Blue collar "dirty calloused hands" working people of America.... I grew up in Milwaukee, (live in DFW now) which was once known as the MACHINE SHOP of America......not so much now..... I'm 70 years old and still working in a Label Printing Shop.... keep up the great videos and be safe and healthy.

Hey brother. Love your videos. Like so many others you have changed the way I look at the word "ta-day". Just thought I'd share, when I need stiffness and strength in pvc or cpvc I add a close fitting wooden dowel inside before I glue it. Works great and it's sealed from the elements. Might not have worked here but it does sometimes. Thanks so much for the clean content.

1/2 inch emt slides into 3/4 inch emt. Electrical conduit(tube) is sized for inside measurement unlike most everything else where it's sized for outside. Watch welding on that EMT, it's galvanized and we all know the dangers of breathing the fumes off that crap. You a better buddy than me, once he said white I woulda grabbed a can of pink.

I have a Miller welder but a cheap welder would work fine . Cause the secret too welding thin stuff is just tapping it with your arc . Just enough to get it hot cause you'll blow through it really easy . And it looks nasty but you just have too grind it down and then fill in the gaps and grind it again till it looks good

Hate to bother you but what blade do you use on your cut off saw? How much can you cut with one blade? Thanks I did subscribe.

You can't put one of those blades on a regular saw because they turn to many RPMs , i have a cold cut saw , it turns slower than a compound mitersaw . Here's a link too a saw like mine but its a little smaller. Mine is a 14 " www.amazon.com/dp/B00245U9RI/ref=cm_sw_r_other_taa_iZ5PEb5HC536V

The link says it's a "private" video and I can't watch it. BTW..., Your videos are not only fun to watch, they are a huge savings over store bought and usually have something you added that is cooler than store bought. For instance, this light... It doesn't attract Bugs!! Thank you!

While I can really appreciate the skills you gave as a fabricator, it is very apparent to me you are a talented videographer and was born to make these type videos. A wonderful combination which few possess. A perfect combination of mechanical skills, attitude, humor and personality. Well done my man!!

@@Grumpyneanderthal you obviously understand all about this stuff , I've said before there's a lot of ppl that does fabrication , that are better than me , but its not enough. You have to do a lot of studying on the video making as well and learn skills for both to make it work right
