A few tips for first time crunch wrap makers: 1. Use giant tortillas, and don't skip adding the little scrap piece. It doesn't have to be a circle either, just needs to cover the underside. This will keep it looking pretty, and let's you pack more inside without tearing. 2. Once you're done wrapping it, firmly hold it sealed for about 45 seconds and it will conform to that shape. This will make flipping it onto a pan easier. 3. Use 2 tostadas for a crunch that stands out. Also don't drown them in salsa or sour cream unless you want them soggy. Be generous with that stuff elsewhere/not making direct contact and you'll be fine. 4. Throw in some home fries to take it to a whole new level. Make sure they're cut very small; there's not much room to begin with.

I"m going to miss videos like this when Covid "ends". These cooking at-home videos are so relatable and approachable. I'm sure all the cooks are dying to be back in their work kitchens but I'll always appreciate the hosts inviting us into their space to keep the content coming.

If you use evaporated milk when you melt your cheese, it's a lot less likely to "break."

I have made these several times at home but I don't use any oil in the pan. Just use a nonstick pan and place another weighted pan on top of the crunch wrap to seal taco and toast it.

This is MY kinda girl. Beautiful, doesn’t take herself too seriously, is not OCD-ish, amiable, approachable. Perfect.
