Think a gimbal to stabilise the image and slow the quick sweeping motions would be a great help. Nice property though.

This video felt rushed. You usually do a great continuous walk through but the segments were broken up with cuts.

Yes you’re right! I was trying to get as many clips in between a showing as possible. We don’t have free access to these rare homes and so it’s always a rush to get something before they are sold. This home closed already earlier this week. Thanks for commenting!

That painting of Kaa in the Jungle Book room is creepy. Who thought that having a snake above a bed, would be a good idea for a childs room?

Yes good point! I should have mentioned this was simply for presentation. The family that buys this home will be offered to re-theme and repaint all the upstairs bedrooms by the builder once under contract.

Surprising to see so many resales. I wonder why people are selling up?! (guessing covid has played a role).

Most of the homes you see listed from months ago were mostly new construction spec homes that have all sold out - we rarely see any re-sales in Golden Oak these days and when a homeowner does list their home for sale, it tends to sell very quickly within the first one or two weeks unless it is one of the very large Mansion homes over $8M+. Today there is only one resale under $8 million which will probably sell very soon.

@@NansGlobalKitchen last year when new, it was mid $3M plus furnishings. Today it would be mid to high $4M as the prices have increased so quickly since they Sold out of all new homes in Golden Oak.

Do you need a real estate agent? I am interested in switching brokerages
