I love this Sardinia at Sawgrass Bay and I also I'm definitely adding the add-ons but the only problem I have is all the models that I love don't have a formal living room, can that be accommodated?

Depends on the floor plan. The only way it would be an option is if there is a different room you can change to a living room. For example a dining room or a flex room / office.
