Great house.

Another beautiful home. I love the diversity of architectural styles in Golden Oaks. And even though the lots aren't huge they make the most of the lot size and they all seem to offer surprising privacy.

I prefer this to the bigger ones. Love Spanish-style homes.

Yes this was so nice and easily manageable compared to some of the many large Estates there. It's one of the 'Jewelery Box' Cottages - the last area to have been completed in Golden Oak. Thank you for watching!

Beautiful home, but may I please offer a piece of advice? Slow down with the camera, it’s much too jarring. Hold your camera as steady as you can and sweep slowly through the room. It’s just too much of the quick movements of up, down, left, right. Just think slow and smooth, you have a amazingly elegant and velvety voice, the camera should mimic that. And when my Mega ticket hits, you’ll be my first call!

Thanks! This home is now under offer and will be Closing soon - several more Mediterranean homes to be built in Golden Oak however!

Couldn't enjoy the upload due to the quick and jerky camera movement. Slow down

parking any vehicle especially something like a porsche cayenne in those garages would be a nightmare then backing out would be more of a nightmare.

Hey Mark - thanks for watching and your comment! Yes you're right - this video doesn't really let you see the full size of the driveway with all the from to park and reverse. Bear in mind that 3rd small garage is just for the electric NEV Carts that residents use to get around the community - not a full-size car. I was there just last week with all the neighbors' homes finished and looks amazing now!

Very nice but one oven in a home priced at $2.7M? I guess we’ll be having Thanksgiving dinner at the Four Seasons.

Or out by the Pool! The Summerhouse often hosts Holiday Parties and Celebrations although this year has been affected with all the Covid Precautions

Hi Cory, yes the small Cottage Homes have just a pool lanai but no yard. The larger Homes have very large back yards with pools and room to run around.

Tony, any chance of getting a video tour of the newly completed Minuet Cottage at Golden Oak?

Yes! I've watched and admired the Minuet coming to life over the last year by Cahill Homes and excited to view inside - incredible detail to an English Mock Tudor style home - these Cottages date back to 16th Century England and still highly desirable. I'll see if we can get inside! Thanks!
