Funny thing..I love how you call that plate arrangement "dish decoy"...Some servers can be ignorant enough to call that and you "OCD" obsessive compulsive disorder. Ive been a dishwasher for about 20 years.

It'll wash em just the same, just the same. When you are knee deep into a busy shift, all that nonsense of how to properly load a dishwasher disappears.
