Seeing this condition of your car in just 6 months is quite painful and I can hear from the lady's voice. While I hope all pax in the car passed away, and even if Zoom car did nothing, you could have claimed the IDV which is quite high for a new car. That said, Zoom car should make the customer pay the host in their policy additionally.

Every rental service is same so if you want to give your car for rental you have to take the risk and if you don't want to take such risk buy a car that you can use commercially and give it to someone whom you trust to drive properly and earn the money...

Wanted to know what happened later. Is car repaired now? Who beared the loss as insurance company will deny due to commercial use of car.

Similar case happened with me as well ..I have been a Zoomcar host programme for over a year.. I was one of the first host in pune to start with this programme from Zoomcar…recently during a trip one guy had an accident with my car where he drove off the road into a field and the front bumper and grill was damaged and the engine mount was broken …absolutely rubbish service from Zoomcar ..these guys are not honouring the agreement that they made with me …I am going to sue them soon as I get my car repaired on my own expenses ..

If we sent car to zoom recommend garage they will never repair your car

I was thinking of giving my car on zoomcar since i rarely use it. And thought of checking out some review videos. Then i show your video, now i am not at all thinking of giving it in zoomcar. I really feel so bad and sry for you. As a car owner i know how much effort and money i spend to buy a car and then these things are really too tough to handle. Especially when companies like zoomcar do not give any kind of help they promised in bad situation.

If they can't deliver what they promised then it is a waste to attach our own vehicle. Bad service from the zoom car.

I have given my car to zoom host car app. Customer has meet with an accident on 5 of march and then after car has been sent to a garage by zoom but the garage doesnt come under zoom garage bcoz garage owner has stopped working due to payment Issues. Now no one from 5 march is helping me to shift my car from different garage to fix my car and i have done plenty of emails , no one is responding. So please i need help to get my car fixed.

Zoomcar is the worst service ever! I have had the worst experience renting a car from Zoomcar and the first thing I did after the trip was delete my account and the app. They gave me a disgusting XUV500 littered with alcohol bottles and covered with mud and barely few drops of diesel, enough to get me to a fuel pump! I had to get the car cleaned both inside and out and returned a clean car with decent fuel to spare. People treat rental cars like shit and only people who love cars will look after your precious car well. Avoid Zoomcar like the plague!

Sorry about your loss. But its plain and simple. A whiteboard cannot enter into an agreement for commercial usage. It is even illegal to claim insurance as you have clearly used your car for commercial purpose. Please check the legalities around before entering such agreement. In this case you are 100% at fault(sorry for being too direct, but that is a fact) Zoom car is almost bankrupt.

All these so called educated are experts in "short cuts" or jugaad. Violation is common as they want to make money by hook or crook. So this is well deserved. Now if anyone was killed by this car this lady will face the music and will spend her life running to courts
