Thanks for giving info..i too had same issue but it was thefted..i tried several times calling, as i didnt receive any response..guided to find out through chat box help for concern raising ticket..but i got my car safely..unn mai se kunch items chori hogaya..i would suggest that who all are shared your car to zoom for your needs..all of them at time have to put on a case against zoomcar..and pull them to court..then they will know how much pain we are facing..what we lost

You said the IDV of your car is 6 + lacks and zoom paid 4.5 lack plus 1.5 lacks by the scrap dealer. So you got same amount what you were insured for. It is normal in transport business to lose money in accidents.

hello sir, i want to know about insurance in such scenarios. cant you claim from your insurer? is there some clause that doesnt allow it? like you have have used your car for commercial purposes so we wont pay, something like that.

Is attaching personal vehicle at zoomcar is illegal? Did police made fir against driver or car's owner? Who is responsible If a customer hire zoom car and commits a crime while driving, who will be responsible, the customer(driver) or the car's owner?

Generally, ZoomCar issues a lease making the customer as owner but if you have challan issued against your car and you being the owner, you DL might get cancelled after repeat challan. So, it's very risky!!!

Even I attached my car with zoomcar on first booking costumer damaged the front part of the car there is no contact of the zoomcar, with my personal experience one should not attach your personal car for little money you get by zoomcar

Maine zoom car me car di thi usne mujhe id share ki thi fir night me car ka excident kr diya or id bhi delete kr di fir 3 din mera call pic nhi kiya ..fir jab call pic kiya to bola ki car ka excident ho gya hai or car khi khadi hai or fir btaya ki usne insurance le rakha tha to zoom car kam krwa kr de degi aj tak kam nhi huwa car ka na koi call na koi kam ..fir maine car jha thi waha se uthwai or service centre bhej di unhone bhi claim ke liye mna kr diya jis company ka mera insurance tha 4 moths old hai meri car ab mujhe kya krna chahiye..or ab zoom car wale apne garage me kam kreane ke liye bol rhe hai or mai apni company me mujhe kya krna chahiye...
