KYC mai problem aa rhi hai kya kre adhar number change krna tha but back ka options nhi aa raha or na hi update kr pa rahe hai

Plz zoom car host vale apni app me setting change krna chahe kaise hogi edit option nhi aara time change krna hai usme sharing ka btayein aapko pata hai to

Aap select kar sakte ho aapko konsa fuel type chaiye, Gaadi khud lekey aani padri haii, Aagar gadi beech rastey may kharab ho jaye tho aap repair karwa saktey ho aur bill upload kar saktey ho aapko refund mil jayega

Bro i have one doubts, If i rent a car for 24 hours and paid about Rs 6000. So, after the trip if there is no issues with the fuel. Do i need to pay any extra charges for anything? Like is there any charges after the trip?

No you dont have to pay anything They can charge you if you have violated any rule eg. over speeding Youll be charged after a week or two.

Hi The payment option you’ll get is only online it’s totally safe, I have booked the car for second time go for it.

Dada , Few questions. 1) are there any kilometre restrictions? 2) what about fuel, the fuel you already got do you have to pay for it separately or comes with the package ? 3) what about tolls , fast tags etc ?

Hi Yash, 1) There is no restriction on kilometres 2) Say suppose you get 50% fuel at your start trip, while ending your trip the fuel should be 50%, if the fuel is 40% or 60% you will have to pay for 10% less or 10% more will be refunded

I think both apps you have to give deposit amount In zoomcar there is no deposit

Great video just wanted some queries to cleared 1. Did you had to pay something extra at the end of the journey (costs which are hidden) 2. Which trip protection package did u chose? 3. While booking it for the first time whether profile was authorised for license n all?
