Clients are paying insurance charges( Damage protection) in every trip. so that they will not be liable for any damage but after seeing your video it seems that company keeps all those money. now Zoom Car is expensive also, there is no use of taking selfdriving car at that higher price.

Damage protection is to protect client's money.... That money is totally going to zoomcar... If any accident occur then zoomcar will bear the losses... Clients don't have to pay whole amount...

Best idea - Apni white plate car sirf apne network of friends, colleagues, and some known professionals kohi dena. Aise kisi faltu platform par rakoge toh aisa hi hoga. Don't ever give your vehicle to unknown persons. You will have to go to Police Station and Court in case of any accident done or happened to your customer. So be careful.

Well said Vaibhav jee, i also joined zoom car host just 2 week back...and since day one i was regret about my decision....and above all zoomcar is worst than ola...they take 40 percent revenue plus platform fee 600 p.m..fuel ka to batane ka hi nahi...wo to apni jeb se jata hai....purposely they are not keeping any number to connect....

Zoomcar pe 212 crore ka loan hai.. Doobi hui company kisi or ko kya uthayegi😊

Dear all, I want to share my horrific experience with Zoom Car, a car rental service that I had previously trusted as a host. However, their irresponsibility and careless behavior towards car repairs have left me with no choice but to discontinue my business relationship with them, and I urge others to be cautious before attaching their cars to Zoom Car. As a loyal host with a 4.75+ rating and over 25 successful bookings, I believed in Zoom Car's commitment to cover all repair expenses for damages caused by their guests during trips. However, when my car was damaged by a guest, Zoom Car failed to provide the necessary approvals for headlight and tire replacements, despite providing ample proof that the damage was a result of the guest's accident. Not only did Zoom Car keep me waiting for pending approvals for an extended period of time, but I also discovered that several other vehicles attached to Zoom Car have been awaiting repairs for months on end, facing the same issue. Their lack of accountability and prompt action is simply unacceptable. What's worse is that Zoom Car has been charging me a monthly maintenance cost for GPS and other devices installed in my car, which I have now requested to be removed as I terminate my business relationship with them. I refuse to recommend Zoom Car to my family, friends, or anyone else, as I have lost all trust in their careless and irresponsible behavior towards car repairs. I am sharing my story on social media to warn others to be cautious when considering attaching their cars to Zoom Car. Their unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility towards car repairs are unacceptable, and I urge everyone to think twice before doing business with them. If you are willing to give your car to ZOOM CAR HOST then its a big mistake . 1. Customer dont care for your car when they drive and its high maintenance when you get the car serviced 2. Customer will use your car for any thing for example DRUGS , NARCOTICS OR ANY STUFF WHICH IS ILLEGALLY GOING ON. 3. Service doesn’t provided by zoom car host people 4. No customers support for any problems on phone only mails but never you will get into touch and you will never resolve it. 5. Please IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR OR NOT DONT GIVE TO ZOOM CAR OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOST YOUR CAR BADLY AND YOU WILL NOT DO ANYTHING 6. Bcoz you dont read their POLICIES AND TERMS.

Why are you crying if you thought of earning from your car? Even my car i10 it's mirror and set got broken from me.
